* The ploy of the kid got me the first time. I'll admit it got to me.
* Thane's death... I didn't expect to see Thane. I romanced him in ME2, but rekindled with Liara in LOTSB.
* Mordin's
* I hit the wrong trigger for the interrupt on Samara (I quit to dashboard after I saw what was happening and reloaded -- I wanted the paragon interrupt)
* Liara a couple times right after Thessia
* End of Anderson's scene.... and then the elevator to.... WTF???????

"Wake up!"
"Where am I?"
"The Citadel."
"Who are you?"
"I am the Catalyst." The snotty voice said.
"I need to know how to stop the reapers. Can you tell me how?" (now this is the line where Walters confuses everyone about their mission by using the word "stop" -- Shepard should have said "I need to know how to destroy the reapers" which was her assigned mission.)
"Yes, but you have choice; more than you know."

Legion? Well it would have been a bit hypocritical after shooting him three times.

Well, I didn't cry, per se, but tears did well up and a few did fall . . . perhaps you'd call that crying, which would be fair enough. Even at a few moments that weren't explicitly sad, but just emotional.

The child at the beginning? I shrugged and was willing to accept Shepard caring, as it was obvious the writers were hitting me over the head with it, but it wasn't that big a deal for me.

Did anyone mention Charr's poem?
That was just cruel on Bioware's part.

I've only cried twice in the entire trilogy. Once, when I was hit by a shuttle. And when little Lil' Legion died.

Never felt anything for the kid. Thane and Legion got me though. Tali's death would have got me, but I refused to accept that just happened, hit the reset button on my PC, and replayed the mission.

I can't say I ever cried but Mordin's and Thane's deaths made my eyes a little wet.
Legion's death didn't make me sad at all, but that was because I was so damn happy that I had made peace between the Quarians and the Geth.

I shed tears like a drunk who has his favorite drink snatched from his hands...it was when I realized the ending was for real. I still weep for artistic integritah. Image IPB

Mordin's death was a slap in the face...favorite support character.

As someone mentioned before, I quite easily cry if I read a book or watch a movie. Video games? Not so much.
Beside this Bioware got me in tears with two games.
First I cried in DA:O, when I intended to make the final sacrifice myself with Alistair romanced, and didn't know what will happen if you take him to the final assault with the Archdemon. Stupid, stupid Alistair. And then I cried again, when I re-did the scene, left Alistair at the gates and got his speach at my funeral - GREAT!
In ME I got tears in my eyes a few times with:
- Kolyat's prayer
- Mordins sacrifice
- Legions sacrifice
- handing over Charr's farewell letter

Nope.
I felt sad at times, but I never felt sad enough to cry.

The only time I remember was the first big character moment for me. It was when Grunt supposedly died, but actually survived, it was when I saw that blood soaked Krogan that I shed a manly tear as I cheered for him.

Mordin's death for sure, and for about an hour after I beat the game. Sorry, I'm just being truthful. I've cried at a game's ending before (Red Dead Redemption) but never for that reason. It still hurts like an old wound whenever I see a video of the ending.

Almost got me several times:

The good ones were: Mordin, Legion, Thane, and saying goodbye to my best bud Garrus and my LI Tali.

The bad: The complete frustration and rage at the ending.

This one definitely hit harder than most any other game. The only game that ever actually got some tears out of me was MGS4.

Glad to see I am not the only one who was sad about Legion.

Lotta people hate him for some reason around here...

Probably because they ignored him. :(

I've seen practically nobody hating Legion, so I don't see where you came to that conclusion. He got 4th in that squadmate elimination game and everything.

I've seen no such thing. Geth hate, sure, but geth hate =/= Legion hate. I personally don't like the geth much at all, while being quite fond of Legion himself.

Don't remember the pages or topic... but like 10 in a row were all about how Legion was always bad and terrible evil hater of humans and that's why he "Tried to kill you" (Lol... he just picked you up....I see no killing)
