Alright got heads working, and other parts but just got to Hair, finished adding a bunch of Tiefling horns , was feeling proud of myself until I loaded up the game and theyre all blowing in the wind now o_o... Anyone know how do you control what parts of the hair blow in the wind? and which dont?.

Short Version:

Horns for tieflings are blowing in the wind in the character select and such, anyone know how to make them stiff , like horns should be?

Shorter Version

How do you disable hair physics.

I wasn't aware there *were* any hair physics in NWN2. Hairstyles have always looked like Frankie Avalon hair helmets to me (ie. impervious to movement, even in a force 10 gale).

Yea there apparently are , I got it fixed, just had to shrink the Ponytail skin modifier's Envelope, to not involve the horns. Now the hair flows in the wind and when running but the horns are left out of it. This is definitely not used often, only noticed 3 hairs that use it so far.

Good to hear you got it fixed. There's nothing more embaressing than a floppy horn.

(Not that I'd know...)

there's nothing like hair physics :D
it's just as you described. your weighting was wrong and your horns were added to the idle animation where pony tails are slightly swaying.

Perhaps there is, given that this issue is only a problem when you also have wind.
