If you get a chance and can fire up DA and play through Lothering to see where she says that line that would help a ton, since I can't with my main PC down atm. I could be wrong about Lothering, but I'm pretty sure thats where it is, maybe when they're talking with the merchant ripping off the locals or something. What was his name?



If not I've got almost 2000 pieces of Morrigan audio to go through to try and find it, and it may not even be with the Morrigan sounds, as sometimes your party members dialogue is stored in the files for world characters you interact with, and I'd have no clue where to even start looking for it then.

Ok, now to track down the name of the blacksmith and I can start a new search and maybe get lucky.

While I was in Haven I got a random talk between Alistair and Shale. A rather amusing discussion on pain. Alistair's screams are priceless and it would be great for your phone to go off when you're out in public.

I beleve I had that one put together on my main PC before it died.  Not sure if I can get it off there and on to the laptop to post up.  I'll see what I can do.

"I once had a huge cat- that's not my point. My point is, why are you smirking?" And so on and so forth... they talk about your female PC's "Hindquarters"... and then Alistair tells Wynne "I hate you. You're a bad person."



There's another one where Wynne tries to tell him where babies REALLY come from, and he tells her 'You're wicked. That frail old lady act? I'm not fooled. I'm on to you." If you can just get that line, and splice it into "You're wicked. I'm on to you." I would be forever in your debt. (This project is most certainly allowed to be postponed until your computer is back) Or, if you know a good music-splicing program, I will learn its usage and save your time. XD XD

Main PC is gonna be down prolly another month at least, but I've got some of the data on my laptop now, but it's not as powerful and takes a lot longer to mess around with the data.

I know both those conversations, and pretty sure I might have one of them extracted already, but can't get at em on the main PC atm.

As for splicing, thats what I've had to do on every banter conversation so far. They don't come pre-assembled, so I've been splicing them together all along. Sony Sound Forge works well for that.

Ok this one has some issues, mostly because the line he says is "Because you're wicked", and there's virtually no pause between the Because" and "you're", so the "you're" doesn't sound quite right when you remove the "Because" from in front of it.  He says the line very quickly which is the problem with all the words running together.

Also, the "I'm on to you now" sounds different than the "Because you're wicked" part as far as the tone of his voice, so it sounds a bit off when you merge the 2 parts together with just a short pause between them.

I can post it up and you can listen to it, but to me it's pretty "off" sounding.

Take as long as you need, (beggars can't be choosers right?) and I hope your PC takes MUCH less time to recover than you think it will at the moment!

...I feel that introducing me to this thread is a bad thing. I just thought of another one. There's a conversation Morrigan has with your dog in camp, where your dog brings her a half eaten hare... and one of the options you can get her to say "Oh, he's just being manipulative, I do it too." There's two different ways she says it... one is really caustic, but it's hilarious. XD
