i just got disconnected from the servers after purchasing a vetern pack i log back in and all my stuff is reset no unlocks my rating is back at 0 . is there anything that can be done? my psn id is digital44

Have you tried reseting the system? Your manifest on here still says you have a whole bunch of unlocks so its likely an issue on your side. Try resetting and if that doesn't help then you might have to use live support, not sure myself how to do that though.
