I really like the IT and hope it's true but I don't really believe it's the one and only theory. It's obviously possible for other interpretations to be correct. I just like IT the best.
And I understand why people would dislike us, a lot of indoctrination theorists can be douchers. But just assuming every IT believer is is just ridiculous.

You can't just blow off the last message. The developers are breaking the fourth wall to tell you that the game is OVER. DONE. FINISHED. I honestly think even if EC comes out, that ITers will still believe in their doctrine. They'll start believing that Bioware is using a "trick" EC and that the real Indoctrination DLC will come out later. You can only deny empirical evidence for so long.

I don't understand what you're getting at, Everyone knows that if you jump in at the third installment of a trilogy you're not going to know as much as the people who have been Mass Effect fans since game 1.

the third installment is always (me3 included) a decent place to jump into the series.... just dont expect to understand it all.

Now i understand their resoning for saying this but look at it this way

Everyone knows the game was rushed out the door, so EA and friends could get their $$$$$$

So one, you already have an unfinshed product that Sucks beyond Sucking, and many other descriptions,

now IT still has this "unfinshed game that was already unfinshed" but it will help it NOT suck

so for the IT theory Haters out there you have 2 chioces

1) unfinshed game that sucks
or
2) unfinshed game that dose not suck

the chioce is your's

Actually, the choices are more analygous to:

1-) Half-done corner-cut game that is pretty mediocre
or
2-) A game that is literally without an ending, with a plot that is hidden deep from plain sight, still making the game of less than avererage quality overall.

Option one is probably true. Though they may try to make the EC reflect option two just because it's popular.

Also, don't treat people with opposing opinions with condescension. It makes you look like a raving fanatic.

IT is just stage 1 of the grieving process: denial. Do you really think that Bioware would pull a "lol game didn't really end" ending? Because that's what the IT concludes.

IT is simply a means to rationalize what we received.

Ya but IT also shows that of the end is the end than you an male yor own conclusion web Shepard survives or it sates that there is a possibility of one more Shepard story as included with starchild. It leave many thing and probably just as much question as anything else.

I don't believe that bioware would just be ao careless have these plot holes without an explination

And guess what? In ME1 you don't have ammo at all! That sure must mean something as well, they give you ammo right after Shep's first death! And that sloooooooow moooove scene on Mars where VS is hurt? ..no way it does not mean anything...

You know, I already mentioned somewhere in another IT-related thread, I got a book which "proves" that Paul McCartney was dead in 1968 and replaced with his fake twin later. It uses 100% real album covers, photos, texts and even some interviews as "proof". It has a lot of inner logic, in fact. It is about 15 yrs old, I think. long before IT-lovers built this "theory" and long before ME was imagined. 

ps: I know another perfect example of same kind, but non-russian speakers won't get it, I'm afraid. As I highly doubt that 30min "documentary", which was shown on soviet  TV(!) in late soviet time and contained lot of "facts" "proving" that "Lenin was a Mushroom" had ever been translated into english. But en.wikipedia knows it happened, if you're interested. IT logic is dull and not impressive at all comparing to this masterpiece, really.. 8P

Actually, its both.

There are many who say that IT is the true ending and that everyone else will be proven wrong with EC, or that it was Bioware's plan all along. That's not literary interpretation, that is conspiracy.

The speculation based off in game events is literary interpretation, but some take it a bit beyond that.
