I played and beat ME1 over 10 times. I played and beat ME2 over 20 time. But with ME3 i got it the day it was released, beat it a few days later. havn't played it since. I actually dont even have it installed on my pc anymore. Its not that i dont like the game, I do. But i just dont want to play it anymore. Anyone else?

For each one I played it once, then played it again after all the DLC is coming out.

I'm doing the same thing with ME3.

I'm planning on playing through all three of them again (played though ME1 and ME2 over 20 times each, but ME3 only once) starting about two to four weeks before the EC comes out... thankfully it's free.

Yep you can add me too, I have about 600 hours logged in ME 1 and about 800 hours logged in ME 2 played both games more times than I care to count. I loved them, the universe everything. I was so hyped for ME 3 it was unbelievable, then I heard the PC version would require Origin so I canceled my order and never bought Mass Effect 3.

In the end I borrowed my mates Xbox and his copy of ME 3 (he was quite willing to let me borrow it less than a week after the game was released, I wondered why at the time). Played through ME 3 once and felt absolutely no compulsion to ever experience it again. It wasn't just the ending that killed it for me, it was a whole manner of things from the crappy N7 missions which were clearly just the MP maps with bots (come on Bioware you are better than that), the way they handled the squad mates of ME 2, the auto dialogue crap and a dozen other reasons.

When I can summon up the will I will do one more play through of ME 1 and ME 2 with my fave femshep and I will intentionally let her die at the end of the Arrival DLC, that will be my Mass Effect Universe ending.

Ive done 4 playthroughs so far. If the new ending content makes the ending not awful then I'll probably do a playthrough of all 3 games in a row.

If I was going to play almost to the end and then quit, I'd stop halfway through Earth myself.

For me the second that elevator starts going up to starchild is when the ending is terrible. The rest is good enough to play through at that point.

I had one complete playthrough and on the 2nd I stopped when I got to Earth, just couldn't force myself to go any further.

@darthnick - The Garrus banner is awesome :)

I think bioware got the formula of the ending wrong. I totally lost the will to play SP after the ending. On my only playthrough so far, I collected every side mission, went out my way to ensure best outcome for the squad, and only to find out that Sherpard is going to die anyway, and explosions of different colours. After the credits, we got ported back to the moment before Earth mission, and the message: please buy future DLCs.

I think the developers got the formula wrong. The endings are very absolute, meaning that no matter what you do, its going to be similar ending. So whats the point of buying DLCs, for extra weapons or extra squad mates.

I've played parts of it more than once (mostly just running around and figuring out quests and the mission order and other random stuff), but I've only played a single game from start to finish, and I've only seen the ending twice. (None of the times I've played it since that first one have been what I really consider playing, as I've mostly just skipped through all the dialogue and not read any of the codex or anything.)

I currently have no desire to ever play it again. We'll see what the extended cut does.

I've only played through once. I've tried to start a new playthrough a few times, but I just can't do it. The whole game is just too sad. I have, however, played through ME2 since ME3 and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'll probably try a second playthrough with the EC.

I tried bringing myself to do another playthrough of ME3, but I just couldn't do it. Beating it the first time took me two weeks because it was just so god-awful I didn't want to play it. The Tuchanka and Rannoch missions were the short respits from just how bad the rest of the game was, I suppose.

Can't say I was surprised. I mean, I played the hell out of ME1/2 and I really liked Mass Effect prior to 3, but watching the trailers and whatnot, I knew the game was going to be bad. I pre-ordered the day before it came out because most everyone I knew was, and I got swept up in the hype.

Have only played single player once. Really hoping the Extended Cut makes the ending bearable...

Played through mass effect 1 and 2 nine times each and loved every minute of them but have only played ME3 twice and that was it for me and that 2nd time was chore.

As was said above rannoch and tuchanka where highlights but thats not what mass effect is and I mean that the whole game should be a highlight not just pieces.

Same, played ME1 and ME2 multiple times. Played ME3 only once.

I do replay the final mission from time to time though up until the beam run.
