Everytime I start Mass Effect, I get the message:

"Origin is missing an esential component. Reinstall to fix this problem."

The game and Multiplayer work fine, I only cant access origin in game or check downloadable content. What's the best way to fix this problem?  How do I exactyl reinstall origin?
