No upload for about 2 weeks now?

I haven't seen any upload updates on my profile for about 2 weeks now.  My first 2 characters are still there, but I've made about 4 other characters since then and do not see anything.  Also, I seem to be missing certain achievements on my online profile, yet I see them in my player profile in the game.

I notice when I check my manage screenshots tab, it asks if I want to view different profiles for this user, and I have 2 different profiles with unique numbers.  Why?  This is my only account.  The second profile I click on shows 0 characters, but lots of achievements.  My original profile has both my characters and achievements, but no new content.

Weird. Since I've just visited this strange 2nd profile I supposedly have for the first time, all my characters and info for the last couple weeks were just uploaded on that 2nd profile.   But why do I have 2 profiles? Is there a way to converge everything and delete one, so I can manage everything from there?
