Operation Shield Wall, Didn't get the Commendation Pack

Hi there, I've waited a week now, me and my sister play on the same xbox and we both promoted 3 characters each for the Operation Shield Wall. However we only got a Victory pack. Our Xbox Live names are TUTUTANIWHA and Kablouis. We hope we can recieve the pack in the future as we are avid gamers of ME3.Image IPB

I also got the Victory pack, but not the commendation pack. I emailed EA support and got a reply rather quickly saying the issue was fixed. Sadly, it was not. I then had a live chat with EA support, and the representative walked me through steps to fix the problem. Again, this did not work. So the support person directed me to just post about it on the forums. This is rather frustrating.

What I did was actually call customer service during daytime hours EASTERN STANDARD TIME around 12 noon, and calmly explained my situation of only getting a victory pack. Then after like 4 mins of conversation, they asked my email and XBOX ID and within 30 seconds my commendation pack was sent through the server to my acct. I didnt ask the reason for the delay but I hope this is further help on how u can resolve your pack issue. It seemed like a seamless process for me when I followed these steps especially because I didn't curse, holler, and get upset when I called.

Like I said I hope this is a help for you.

I did not receive either the Victory Pack or The Commendation Pack.
I called EA Support and they said that it was showing on my profile and had me do a bunch of stuff, none of it worked. They said they couldn't help me and that I should go on the forum. They did mention that the new mandatory update was from today so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Is anyone from BioWare reading this? We've done everything we were supposed to, and we've gone thru the EA help site. Is anyone out there?

EA customer support helped me because that's their servers Bioware is using. Thats how they announced themselves anyway. Xbox customer service won't be able to intervene. They didn't direct me here but they just handled it directly. Like I said calmly explain your situation, give your Xbox or I guess PSN ID, whatever applys to you, and within a minute boom! I was told to go back to the dashboard and back into the game, so the server could reset and when I did, while still on the phone with the rep it was there, easy

While it may have been be easy for you, EA support has not been able to fix the problem for some of us. The support staff have said "the commendation pack has been enabled for your profile, I don't know why you aren't able to see it on your end", and have thusly redirected us to this forum in the hopes that the devs will handle it.

I'm having the same issues. I have received the Victory pack. After all my friends said they received their Commendation packs I did a chat with EA support yesterday. They told me they manually added the pack to my account and that it may take a few hours. Today I still have no Commendation pack and when I chated with EA support again, they told me that the pack was expired now and there was nothing they could do. I then called EA support and calmly explained the issue and was told since the pack was already on my account there was nothing else they could do.

Two of my friends, and myself included, have yet to receive our commendation packs as well. Any chance somebody could post the number for EA's service line? I can't seem to find it.

Contacted EA yesterday at 12:45EST regarding my missing Commendation pack (received my Victory pack ok).  Indian tech support didn't get back to me until ~1am EST.  Didn't get the notice that they added the pack to my account until this morning and by that time it was too late to download it (doesn't show up in my store).

Called EA tech support and they said there's nothing they can do about it (Commendation packs only available to download until end of day Monday the week after Operation whatever ends), could not double future commendation packs, or provide a pay pack (ie Spectre) for free.   Told me to contact Bioware.  Bioware contact us page lists EA tech support as the site to visit for issues concerning ME3.

So if any Bioware staff is paying attention, how can I get a Commendation pack or equivalent added to my account?  Greatly enjoy multiplayer but annoying glitches like this reduce my motivation to keep playing/paying.

Sadly you cannot. I called last week and had a case opened.... nothing. Called back monday still nothing. So i just called back now and said sorry its too late and we are not showing any cases opened under your account. So we are basically screwed
