I haven't been receiving profile updates for the past 2 weeks or so now, so I started to investigate. Just recently, I visit my profile and I see a link that says "click here to access user's other profiles." When I do, I get 2 separate Dragon Age profiles with unique number identities show up.
The one is my original profile with my first 2 characters. When I clicked on the other one, it reveals ALL my missing upload data (characters/screenshots/achievements) for the past 2 weeks. Why has a 2nd profile been created for my account and splitting all my data across? How can I merge all my data to my original profile?
To be more clear and specific...
My 1st (original) profile contains my first 2 characters, Draetoria and Draetor. Draetor is lvl 20 here.
My 2nd profile contains only Draetor, along with 5 or so new characters I made after him. But this time, Draetor is lvl 23 in this profile (I got him to lvl 23 before finishing the game).
So from lvl 20 of Draetor and beyond, the game started uploading my data to a 2nd profile? My first character (Draetoria) isn't on my 2nd profile because I didn't have the data on my local system since I've formatted in between both characters. Draetor is on both profiles, because I'm assuming that's when the game decided to start uploading to a 2nd profile (between lvl 20 and 23).
Now all my data is being uploaded to this 2ndary profile I have. I have 69 achievements on the 2nd profile and 62 on the 1st, so my 1st profile is dead. How do I merge everything to 1 profile?
Why do I have characters/screenshots spread over 2 profiles?

Ya. I think I give up trying to have a complete and clean profile. It's way too buggy and sloppy. Once I finish this playthrough I'll probably be moving on to something else anyway. Good game and replayability, but I think 3 times is good enough lol.

I gave up as well, I got two profiles (don't know how that happen) and nothing I do can upload my characters online. Oh well, at least all that matters is the game itself.
