[Checkmate]

I was promote 3 characters in the last event and i dont have the coomendation pack for this challenge, later support cannot help me, they said me "u are already have this" and i dont have this really.

Heh im the same, i rpomoted 3 chars, went off on holiday for a week thinking 'ok packs are usually released late tues night im back early monday so i can grab mine before they expire!' came back, no packs! Contacted support first guy tells me hes sorted the commendation pack, but wont answer my questions about the victory pack. Second guy tells me ive already been awarded the commendation pack and that he cant hand out victory packs, no reasons why. In the store i have no packs! Really sucky, not sure who to harrass next for my packs

Happened to me too. Fought with ea for days. They claim there is a bug in the pack.
Their solution was to post on this forum and hope if there are enough complaints bw would do something.

Same here but on X-Box, out of town for the week, come in today and no Commendation or Victory Pack, called EA and they said I already had it, had me jump through some hoops and still not showing up but "it's showing up on your profile, go on the forum and complain."

Was thinking maybe the patch/update messed things up. But who knows.

Was away too for a week and expected to get both packs but there was none in my store and the support just told me it was available till sunday and they can't activate it anymore.

Anyone from Bioware can confirm that? because 5 days to activate a pack is relatively a short time...

Well I'm on PC and have only got Victory pack. I've never had any problems getting packs until now. Just went to ea help and its offline. BIOWARE I want my Commendation Pack please.

They've been available till the end of Monday in the past, or atleast last Operation.

Please note that you must redeem (open) the packs within 7 days of receiving them. They will disappear from your multiplayer Store menu after that and you will not be able to have them restored. Don’t delay in obtaining/redeeming your packs.

This was on the help page that EA Directed me to.

 Thats all well and good but my Commendation Pack has never showed up in store, Victory pack was there and I got it.

I think there are 2 issues, 1 is people that didn't get there commendation pack, which EA seems to be able to fix and then those who EA is saying that the commendation pack was showing but it neither the commendation or victory packs won't show in the store which is my problem and appears to be what happened with noxpanda and Checkmate. EA may be able to help you IBPROFEN because they might be able to add your commendation pack.

I got a message from Chris who told me the pack had to be claimed within the week after the operation ended, so if I you were away for a week or more it's too late, If I have more news I will tell you.

I only got the victory pack too. Maybe they should start charging us for them; EA would soon have them working fine then.

Lol message him back and tell him the info pages have always stated we have a week to claim them after they released, which is usually around midnight gmt on tuesdays! So we should still have like 10 hours to claim them. In fact sometimes they arent released until wednesday so :P:P to him. Next feeble excuse please! Form an orderly line now!

I only received one of the packs as well (the one containing the rare N7 gun) - the small number of items one. Didn't get the other, did my three promotions in a squad as well.

Same here... Victory pack's there, but commendation didn't showed up.
My Geth Engineer, Krogan Sentinel and Turian Soldier all cry in the botomless pit of Warassetland and that's all because of YOU, BioWare. =(

I have the same problem. I have not received my Commendation pack for PROMOTING 3+ CHARACTERS for the OPERATION SHIELDWALL EVENT. To be precise, I PROMOTED 5 CHARACTERS for the OPERATION SHIELDWALL EVENT, and I have YET TO RECEIVE MY COMMENDATION PACK.

Excuse the use of Caps, but I wanted to make sure my issue is highlighted and clear to anyone reading that CAN HELP US OUT.

I am not playing MP until I get my packs, EA told me to come here to find answers and yet no response from Bioware. I even PM'ed one of the guys and got nothing back. I'd at least expect a "hey we'll take a look"

Well I've been to EA help the last 3 days and it is still down noway to contact them at all.
