I got all my commendation packs after contacting EA live chat, none of the events i met the requirements for granted me the commendation pack automatically as promised.
In all i waited until wednesday the same week just hoping it would appear, but seeing they didn't i directly contacted EA live chat support.
Once i had to try 3 times as the guys that chatted with me told me i should come to these forums for support (LOL)

Same here. The only Commendation I received was after contacting support. I have participated and completed every challenge except one. I get the Victory Packs but never the Commendation Packs. This is, of course, slightly annoying.

So I contacted EA support help one day, chat online. They were sorry for the inconvinience caused. And they added the pack to my account. It didn't show right away. "You'll have to wait a few hours". Ok, so I waited.

The next day I contacted them again. And again they were sorry for the inconvinience caused. I told them the same, that I didn't get the pack. They told me that "the pack is already awarded to your account". It doesn't matter, the pack is not showing in my game. One more time, I was asked to wait (server update, whatever)

Next day. That's when the really bad news came. They were sorry for the inconvinience caused and they were sorry to inform me that the granting period for that package was expired and nothing could be done...

So basically, they didn't give me the pack when they were supposed to, and then they gave me one that I couldn't cash in for some reason, and then they made me wait until it was too late to do anything (according to their words)

They do remarkable job. What a joke.


So what now ? "lol, you got screwed, kid. deal with it" ? Is that it ?

They screwed me out of this last Commendation Pack also. Said I had only 6 days from Wed May 30th to get it. Now it is expired and they can't give it to my account.

I had called them first on Tues June 5th about this, (which was within the arbitrary 6 days from Wed.) but then they said that when I called, at 8:05 EST, it was actually the 7th day or June 6th because they go by GMT. So according to all these unknown rules, I missed getting my pack by 5 minutes.

A little upset about this, thankfully there are other games I can play out there.

Hah well my packs never turned up but the store just decided to troll me. Was buying a psp which was taking an aaage to process, just started thinking it was going to crash out when all of a sudden in the greyed out store background i can see both victory and commendation packs waiting! I did a little mental cheer, then the store dced, went back into multiplayer then the store.... no packs

I mean it totally sucks that i completed the event, was told i had the reward and then it magically never showed up, but did you really have to show it to me then whip it away again? Its just cruel!

This happened to me also. Didn't receive my Commendation Pack and contacted ea. They said the operation was closed so to bad for me. Maybe next time i will be more lucky.

They even couldn't explain why i don't receive Commendation Packs. Nice job!

I didn't get it either while i promoted 8 chars (one like me with over 100 promoted squads wouldn't miss that chance heh), didn't bother reporting it till i saw this thread today. Did anyone actually got the reward after complaining here?

I still haven't gotten my Operation Shieldwall commendation pack.
