Seival what game will be worthy of your obsessive hamstertastic devotion next?

The one with the shiniest graphics? Or the movie you mistook for a game?

The Witcher 3, I call it.  He's going to contradict his open-world statement.

10 bucks, paypal - I am ready.

I'll take you up on that, spyro. The backflip he would have to make is worth $10.

Yes, I played it. And it wasn't even nearly as amazing as Beyond: Two Souls. QD is definitely following the path of improving the quality of their games. I believe their next game will be much more than amazing.

You literally say that about every game you've played. First ME3 was the most amazing thing ever, then it was The Last of Us, then it was Beyond: Two Souls.

The more I think about it, the more BTS seems like a game oozing with misandry. Every guy in the game is either a rapist or a liar. Bad taste, David Cage, bad taste.

It's like he's mad at Heavy Rain for being more popular than his Beyond. They're both two different souls.

I never cared much about games popularity. Popularity is not a sign of quality. I like a game or I don't like a game - simple as that. And when I see or hear some unfairly bad words about good games - I try to support the games and their evelopers, if possible.

I like Beyond: Two Souls, and I don't like GTA series. I care about quality much more than about popularity. And please, don't ask me to explain why Beyond is better than GTA5 both artistically, and technologically. You can googgle that info easily, if you want to.

Just for the hell of it I did use Google as you suggested.  I got "Why Assassins Creed 4 is better than GTA V"  "Why GTA IV is better than GTA V", but nothing about Beyongd: Two sould being better than GTA V.  I did get a lot of news articles about how Beyond: Two sould is a movie and not a game but thats it.

The reason I initially picked up Beyond was because I was a huge fan of Heavy Rain and Ellen Page was a plus for me, as in relation to your argument about why people picked up TWD, again - praise influenced me, not the comics.

Two years ago I didn't know anything about Quantic Dream and Heavy Rain existance. One year ago I didn't know anything about Beyond: Two Souls. I knew about Beyond from this very thread. I never heard of Ellen Page untill I started to search more info about Beyond.

You keep representing everything in black and white. The comic has huge fan-base most of which just auto-buy the TWD game, because it based on their favorite comic. That doesn't mean that TWD fan-base consist of only the comic fans of course, the game had really good advertisement.

Beyond was based on nothing. It wasn't developed by famous studio. It wasn't based on any massively famous title. It wasn't even based on Heavy Rain title. And famous actors participation in development has no real effect on game's popularity. Games are not movies.

No, you used goodgle stupidly and started to read Beyond's negative reviews instead of articles about modern graphical technologies in games. Noone will write you an article "Why Beyond: Two Souls is better than GTA5". You have to search proper info, and make your own conclusions.

Reviewers, who think that Beyond isn't a game don't know gameplay definition, and didn't even play the game before reviewing it at first place... And just for future reference: even Metacritic has much more positive Beyond reviews, than negative ones.

You're absolutely right - quality is a sign of quality. QD's games just happens to have very little in that department.

Is there something else Captain Obvious would like to share with us?

Okay.

GTA has both a higher quality and a higher popularity.

I can't google for your subjective opinions, Seival. The results all come back to this thread.

Seival nothing of what you posted even highlights why B:TS is artistically and technologically superior to GTA V.
