I have the downloaded version of Dragon Age Origins. Just these latest days I've bought the DLC's to it. But I'm having a problem now with the Stone Prisoner. I've aldready bought points to buy the DLC. And ingame I interacted with the quest character to "download the content". But they game freezed when download was still at 0%. When I restarted the game There was no download, So I thought no point where withdrewn from me. But it was. So I hoped and bought new points. So Now I can't download it. It only says. Please try again later.
Now I'm wondering. How mutch later?
Bought Stone Prisoner but can't download it!

If you haven't installed the 1.05 patch (see sticky post at the top of this forum) do so. Do that, restart your computer, relaunch the game, and see if your DLC will update. If not, you'll need to report back with complete information, as specified in the "Read First" post (also stickied towards the top of the forum).

So what I think is there's something wrong with my order. That it thinks I already got it but it never came. in short words.

You should see the Stone Prisoner DLC lnked to your account by going to the menu on the left of this site and selecting Profile > Your registered game content.
If you think there is some purchasing error, you need to contact EA directly at help.ea.com.

You need to start the dragon age service by clicking on the windows start icon, type services.msc in the search box, start this proces, select dragon age and click start.
This works fine for me! Downloading started directly after starting the service!
