 I kicked a guy on xbox live because he was being an arse, his n7 being 4000 made him god of all gaming apparently, seconds after he sent me 4 voice messages explaining his anger, how he will get everybody to kick me from now, there was a lot of passion in his voice. 

is he a 'special' person or is being kicked really so bad?

Not at all. 9.9 times out of 10 I'm the one carrying my team in public games, so it's their loss not mine.

depends, if I had a good match and one uped half of them without need of revive yes however if I'm taking forever to ready or just messing around I don't care neearly as much

Sounds a bit special to me, though I've got some ferocious hate mail for simply using the riot shield in Call Of Duty even though I've never won a game of it in my life.

I dont generally use a mic and got kicked from a lobby yesterday for the first time. Got an xbox text message two minutes after saying -
"Sorry for the vote-kick, but we're three friends waiting for the fourth, thanks for the few games!"

Being kicked doesn't make me angry. Stupidity does though. Getting kicked because you didn't revive the host and his merry band of douchbags the 21st time.

Title is misleading.
I play xbox, so if I get kicked for no reason I try to see if any of them have open privacy so I can join back into their lobby and troll them.

After the initial surprise, it doesn't bother me. It's nothing personal, and at the end of the day if they weren't making room for another player, it's their loss.

I've never been kicked aside from being AFK in a lobby.

And the only time me and my friends have ever kicked anyone out were things like Leechers pretending to play, they didn't go AFK but they just run around and pretend to look busy.

The last one was some dumb Batarian guy who just camped by an ammo box shooting falcon grenades at walls, Making them ricochet and play that plinging sound.

It shouldn't bother you. You do not want to play with people like that anyways. Even if they were making room for another player, they not smart enough to make the match private?

I got a nasty message after kicking a random in order to make space for a friend that had just come online during the previous match. He pointed out the fact that he had scored the highest during our last two matches (a well played asari adept!) And asked if i was tired of having my hand held and being carried!

I sent him a message back congratulating him on his playstyle and highscore but pointing out the fact that he had been competing with 2 engineers and a low level infiltrator and that score isn't the best measure of skill

i've never been kicked unless i had to step away for a few min and everyone went ready and was waiting on me while i was away. in that case i knew there was the possibility of getting kicked and didn't mind since it was my fault. i play hard and don't gloat about it. i'm a team player. people like that guy ruin a good experience.

If Im playing bad or am using a weird class, I'll expect a kick and wont care about it.

But if I get kicked for no reason, I get a little ticked off.
