Hello everyone,

In hopes of consolidating the smaller threads going around we have decided to create this thread. This thread is only for discussing the issue which blocks players entirely from multiplayer. If this occurs the error the player should see is:

"You have lost your connection to the Mass Effect 3 server. You must connect again to
access online features of the title."

We are working on resolving this issue and will update this thread accordingly. In the meantime we ask that you provide us with some information if you are still experiencing this issue:

#1. When did it start?
#2. What have you tried to fix it?
#3. Do you any DLC installed?
#4. When was the last time you tried to get into multiplayer?

This is for discussing being blocked for multiplayer 100% of the time, not connectivity.

While we are aware of both issues and are investigating both this thread is ONLY to discuss/gather information from those 100% blocked from multiplayer.

1 additional question:

Are you seeing any "lag spikes" or "freezing" before the disconnect?
