#2. It generally fixes itself when it kicks me to the main menu.

Also, I had a major problem when this occurred a few minutes ago. The game actually showed me a beginner start, acting like I had just started playing Mass Effect Multiplayer. Luckily, when I closed ME3 and Origin and started them back up, it went back to my profile.

I thought I was going to have to start from scratch.

A consolidated thread, finally.

To confirm, I am currently unable to connect to EA Servers. I am currently unable to connect to ME3 Multiplayer. I am also unable to load any of my save games because I have From Ashes and the single player DLC cannot be authenticated without connecting to EA servers.

#1. After downloading and installing patch 1.03 and Rebellion DLC
#2. Ran repair install, ran Origin as administrator, talked to EA Live Support (EA Live Support instructions were disabling upnp on wireless router, disabling firewall / antivirus, etc. No change.)
#3. Currently installed DLCs are: From Ashes, Resurgence, Rebellion
#4. June 04, 2012, 11.15 PM EST.

the  only way i found to fix it is to turn off my xbox and restart it

saturday. it works, then some times it kick you off while i was still in a party private match, still able to talk to the party but unable to get back in to multiplayer

While I sympathize with those having connectivity issues (my first multiplayer match, I DCed on wave 5 and it soured to multiplayer for a fair bit), this thread is not for you. Every time someone posts saying "I have been having issues playing a full match since forever," it makes it that much harder for Bioware, or the one junior customer service rep assigned to this topic, to address the specific relevant issue. The issue is, can you join a multiplayer match? AT ALL? If so, please make your own QQ thread elsewhere. Disconnects are a separate issue from a block on connecting in the first place.

been disconnecting all day for me xbox live

1) June 29 when the Rebellion DLC came out. Was able to play a few games then when I went to the store I lost connection to multiplayer and was never able to connect to the servers again.

2) Repair install, reload game, force update game, force update Origin, invite trick, uninstalling Online Profile file, messing with the IGO32 file, messing with the Save folder, reinstalling Origin, reinstalling Mass Effect 3, turned off firewall, turned off virus scanner, forwarded ports, reset modem, restart computer, running as Administrator, and I even emptied my browser's cache JUST IN CASE that absolutely stupid idea often suggested by the useless help section actually works... still not able to connect to multiplayer.

3) Rebellion, Resurgence, From Ashes, M90 Indra Sniper Rifle, N7 Collector's Edition Materials, N7 Warfare Gear.

4) Noon today.

 I do not have the problem 100% of the time, but do get it on occasions.

#1.  Sometime after 4/4/12 (when I started paying ME3)
#2.  Reset router, re-did all port forwarding, including PSN ports, checking all other settings
#3.  All free, no From Ashes
#4.  Just trying now...

Last message was yesterday, before that a week or more.  Always mid game, never Had this in the store area.
More commonly  get "Lost connection to host" message.

Edit:  just got a "You have lost connection to the ME3 server.  You must connect again to access online features of the title" while sitting in the multiplayer character menu.

Everytihing. Tryied reinstalling the game, reinstalling origin, repairing the game, deleting Bioware's folder in Documents, removeing every ME3 related entry in regeit, copying evevything relate to ME3 from a pc where the game is perfectly working. Plus, it seems not to be a connection issue, i'm playing from the same connection, same IP, same router where my brother plays,  he hasn't any problem accessing online features of the game.

From the pc with the issue, the day before installing the patch, everything worked fine. I've installed 1.03 patch ad it started asking me for the online activation pass, then he never connected again. I'm occasionally playing the game borrowing my brother PC, so if you check the last connection of my account it may seems that i'm not suffering this issue but trust me, i do. Borrowing you brother pc for a half an hour per day isn't close to what i've imagined playing mass effect would be..

I also have problems connecting to games through about half the people on my friends list. it will say something like 'this session is no longer available' yet i can get into the same session via a different friend in that lobby?

This problem started at the same time as the other.

Always had the issue got all the MP DLC. no SP sometimes happens in store.... Have both origin and ME3 on my firewall/anti virus exceptions, tried it with FW and AV off as well still there. i just reconnect and its fine but a bit annoying.......

1. Soon after Rebellion DLC released, played a few games with Rebellion DLC and next day I couldn't connect to multiplayer; I think last thing that happened is disconnect during purchase in the store, but not sure.
2. repair install, run as admin - did not work
get invited into lobby - worked, since then I can connect to multiplayer

4. unsuccessfully - right before getting invited into lobby (few days ago), successfully - yesterday

 #1. When did it start?After I installed the new patch and rebellion DLC. (PC) I succesfully load multiplayer but when I log in to the main screen. But then it always gives the message "you have lost your connection..." when I try to buy something in the store or when it loads to a map. 
#2. What have you tried to fix it?Restarting, reading the forums. After several times restarting mass effect/origin it usually works. But I do get the lost connection message everyday. And it gets frustrating to restart 3 times before I am able to play

#2. What have you tried to fix it? - What can I do? It varies from time to time sometimes i'm kicked in game or I can't even get past loading screen

Lost all my credits, medigels and rockets but I received nothing.

Guys, I have the same problem with you. Consult with EA support team, with all the suggestions followed but not fix anything.
Somehow, there is a fix. Try to ask your friend to invite you to their multiplayer games. When you able to join, it will fix everything back to normal.

 Started on downloading dlc, not much to do one the 360 except log back in. it happens more or less three out of every five games

With the release of both patch 1.03 and the Rebellion DLC, it happens when purchasing Premium Spectre Packs.
Sometimes buying more than one at a time, or immediately after purchasing one.

Restart the game.

No problems unless after purchasing PSPs, then there's a chance of getting disconnected from Mass Effect 3 server.

#2. install integrity check, re-apply patch, restart system, re-install Origin.

#4. Last night after the community on the forum found a way around the issue Wednesday last week.

For the PC version the following solution worked for pretty much everyone, don't know how the game works for 360 and have a general idea for PS3 as I own one, but not the game for that console, but try the same thing if you can:-

Get someone who can access the Multiplayer, to add you as a friend (couple of people here were nice enough to add me as a friend) and invite you to a game, or what I did was try and join a game of someone on my friends list already in a game, and it got to the main lobby.

Just a word of advice to those posting the 'invite' trick. Most of the people posting here have tried it and it didn't work for them. I've tried having three different people do it.

Good to mention that it's there, but it's far from a 'cure-all' solution. Much like the 'delete Save folder.'
