1 additional question:
Are you seeing any "lag spikes" or "freezing" before the disconnect?

#2) Tired re-installing Origin, multiple attempts to re-establish connection (worked once after 5 tries on Thursday), also tried re-setting internet, and haven't tied recently.
#3) Yes, and as a result I cannon't access my single player campaign because my DLC cannot be verified.
#4) When rebellion was downloaded. Tried 3 times, turning the game off and on.

I wasn't, no. I was just hitting the loading screen after clicking Multiplayer and then getting kicked back to the main menu.

No, it only happens to me half the time when I try to enter the store... after the Rebellion pack I lost the ability to connect to the server and validate my Online Pass and From Ashes DLC.

1. After patch 1.03 and Rebellion pack released
2. Reinstalled Origin and Mass Effect 3, cleaned game data (including saves, local profile etc. - all Bioware\\Mass Effect 3 folder contents), run as administrator both Origin and ME3, opened ports on firewall, even stopped firewall service.
3. From Ashes, Resurgence, Rebellion
4. About 10 minutes ago.
Actually, the problem is that I cannot connect to ANY host (by invite or random game - doesn't matter) - game freezes at "Establishing connection" (no messages about lost connection), but I can host the game and I can invite friends. However, invited friend cannot connect to my game - with same trouble.

No and that's because I don't get to even connect to the EA servers to begin with.
If you're asking if we've experienced lag spikes or freezing during the same day then yes. It all started with the new title update/DLC for me (xbox).

Yes. Every time. Prime example is being invited to join games. Will load fine, seemingly. Pick my character, it switches to the "loading game" screen with the "communicating..." circle at the top... then it stops. Circle stops spinning and all. If I wait long enough, it will eventually give me the "Lost Connection with EA servers" message.
If I try to create a game, it will simply freeze at the 'loading' screen.

Yes. The "Searching for games" pop-up not only takes stays there for some time (about a full minute) but it actually does hang/freeze. If I want to tab out of ME3 during this time, I have to ctrl+alt+del to get Task Manager to come up; the game does not respond to the normal alt+tab command. The game begins responding again a few seconds after the "You have lost your connection" message appears.
Edit: SUCCESS! Able to connect to multiplayer lobby just now. Changed nothing since last posting, so I'm guessing the server maintenance did the trick.
Also, don't know whether this is relevant or not, but I thought I'd just mention... every time I started the game while the multiplayer block persisted, I also got a short freeze (10-30 secs) on the very first screen, with Earth and the "press any key to continue" message, after pressing a key and before the main menu loaded. Just now, when I started the game and was able to successfully enter multiplayer, that initial freeze was no longer present.

#1. When did it start?
#2. What have you tried to fix it?
#3. Do you any DLC installed?
#4. When was the last time you tried to get into multiplayer?
Thomas Abram
2) Happens Randomly 1 out of 3.5, but not as often as prior the patch, only happens with PSPacks so it's server side, does not hinder MP play, kicks you out but gives you the pack the next time you visit the store
3) all Three
4) works fine

In order to fix it I've tried exiting and hitting the "Check for update" on origin. I have all the available DLC installed. From ashes, resurgance, rebellion.
The problem is ongoing although intermittent.

After testing serval methods I have discovered that the root of this problem lies with the files found locally ( My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 3) on the user's computer. The .ini and .config files from previous versions are not compatable with the new DLC or patch.
Steps to rectify the issue:
-Open origin and disable cloud storage for Mass Effect 3 and purge the Cloud Data
-Navigate to C:/Users/[YOUR USERNAME]/My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 3
-Cut the /Saves/ Folder (To backup your single player progress and profile) and paste it on the Desktop
-Delete the Mass Effect 3 Folder from My Documents/Bioware folder
-Launch Mass Effect 3 ( All required files will be re-written to the My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 3 Folder
-Exit the Game then move the /Saves Folder that you pasted to the desktop back into the /My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 3 Folder
-Re-enable Cloud Storage( Optional)
-Launch the Game and if/when propmted select to use the local data and delete the Cloud data.
You should now have access to multiplayer and your single player progress should be intact.
EDIT: This does not fix the lag issue with multi-player itself.
tried playing a few rounds and it was almost unplayable , but I was not
DC'ed.

Sure, except that this fix did not work for everyone who tried it, including me and most everyone else posting correctly in this thread. Hence the existence of the thread.

While it's still messing up and giving me trouble signing on fairly often, it's cleared up enough that I have been able to play my first few games.

And now I start getting it.

A: 12:32 am today (edit: it also happened a couple of times earlier today, but my computer was being unresponsive up till earlier)
#2. What have you tried to fix it?
A: Restart the game, worked for now...
#3. Do you any DLC installed?
A: Yes, From Ashes, Pre-order guns Valkyrie and Argus, and both mp packs.
#4. When was the last time you tried to get into multiplayer?
just 30 sec ago.
#5: Lag or freezing?
A: Some slight spiking actually.
Extra: Was a 3-man private match (all in party chat). I was host. When it disconnected me, it simply migrated host to one of them (neither of them lost connection). One of them had a side effect where he had lost all in-game sound until the entire round ended (I don't know if that is related or not).
