Did the New Foreced Update Inactivate my Operation Shieldwall Commendation and Victory Packs?

I called EA Support and they said that it was showing that I should have recieved them but they are not popping up.  Even went through a few steps to try and get it to work but nothing worked.  EA Support did say that the mandatory update was released today and I was unable to connect prior to this afternoon.

I never got my commendation pack for Operation Shieldwall either. Got the victory pack, but not the commendation pack. Know what EA told me? Basically "Wah, wah, wah. Shut up and color. Nothing we can do. Blah blah blah. Enjoy the game, sucker..."

Never got my comm pack either. Have no idea how to contact support. Seems I'm outta luck this time. Go team EA!!
