I think the most compelling counter-argument to this theory is that Patrick Weekes talked at PAX about how Mass Relay would not be rebuilt and that people would use more efficient FTL drives in the future instead.The Mad Hanar wrote...

We pretty much proved his theory wrong, and the OP continues to make assumptions such as what if it's a test run? Maybe theres green mass relays?
Also, the OP pretty much ignores good questions that threaten his theory and just answers simple questions nobody cares about.
