How do you explain the teleporting squaddies? Or Edi stepping out in the destroy ending?
There are no "teleporting squaddies" if I'm right about the scene happens much later than the Battle for Earth.
EDI stepping out in destroy is a bug (if it's really true). And we should report the bug to BioWare.
That post right there is just proof this is some elaborate joke. :innocent:

And you clearly didn't read my answer: these glowing eyes could be visible only in special conditions. Liara's eyes are also not always black, but she always has her "mental mating ability".
Special conditions? not according to the scene when he steps out, you can see them no matter what lighting they are under. Also, if he was synthetic while driving, dont you think we would see motion in his eyes, like he is scanning processes? like a synthetic would do? this is the weakest link in this arguement.

Actually, the weakest link in his theory is probably that Patrick Weekes talked at PAX about how people wouldn't rebuild Mass Relays and develop more efficient FTL drives instead.onyx0218 wrote...

Which is probably the reason why he isn't including that one in his FAQ.

You literally can't answer it without resulting to complete imagination.
Your theory has been disproved.
Anyone have a deal with it picture applicable to the amount this insane troll logiceer needs to deal with it?
Answer:Seival wrote...
They used to fight in vacuum, geared with just an oxigen-masks... There are some mistakes in ME Trilogy which should be fixed. But they don't really disprove the theory.
You reject reality and substitute your own, right?
Nah, it's been disproven. There are holes and flaws you literally cannot fix without massive amounts of imagination.
Like I said -
The theory can't be really disproven till the EC
...I'm sure they will not remove the scene. So there must be some meaning in it. If you have more logical theory - I'm all ears.
More logical teory? ok - Bioware wanted to try and force a supers ad ending no matter what, so they came up with some contrived reason to have the Normandy crash. suriously, just accept that it makes no scense, instead of trying to make it make sense, therefore making it make less sense.

...You repeated it like 5 times already.
It disproves nothing, because eye-glowing could show itself only in some special conditions. As I said: Liara not always have black eyes. Her eyes change when she uses her special mental abilities.
So now cyborgs have green eyes because they are using special powers.....
keep on digging that hole. "
You've found only one "time-difference weak spot" in my theory. A weak spot argument that can be be easily counter-argumented without any "space magic"...
- Why "glowing eyes" must be visible all the time?
- Why Samara is not glowing all the time?
- Why Liara's eyes are not always black?
...At the same time you prefer to ignore the main proof of large time-difference between Normandy run and the Crucible's explosion. Joker had no way to know about the explosion. And Joker had no time to take all crew members and make a jump through the Sol Relay before the explosion...
Try to counter-argument this. And don't tell me about "bad writing". The more I analize the endings the more I believe that the writing was not just great... It was genious.
Nothing is genious if a majority of people dont "understand it." But that is esides the point, becuase this isn't genious. Its stupid. We dont understand it because there is nothing to understand besides the fact that Bioware messed up their ending. Even if it is true that its "genious writing" it still caused the game to fail because it alienated 91% of ME fans and as a buisness, that is a very VERY bad thing.

Seriously, just let it die already.
If you really just want to have a thread for the Normandy crash scene you should just make a thread about the Normandy crash scene. Nobody will stop you from that. Attaching this nonsensical theory to it is only begging for attention. Like a retarded child waving his arms and screaming obscenities.

Wait. Wait. I get it! I figured it out! Javik never changed his mind about committing suicide, and that is why he's on the test flight! He fully expects everyone and everything on it to die. And when they manage to survive, he immediately starts killing the shipmates one at a time and eating them.

"Did all that really happen?"
"Some of the details were lost in time... actually, Javik wasn't on that test jump. That wouldn't make sense for him. Now that I think about it, they never rebuilt the Mass Relays in the first place."

Hahah. Now, we just need to think of a reason for Vega, Liara and Garrus to be on the test flight. Maybe Javik talked them in to coming, because he wanted to have a source of food nearby in case he accidentally lived?
