Seival, how about you explain the low EMS destroy ending? As far as I know, we see everything getting vaporized in that ending, including the Normandy. How are they supposed to conduct a test run if everyone has been vaporized?
Not everything. At least according to the Old Man and a Kid scene. I suppose a lot of people and ships survived that blast.
yes everything. look at the milky way. Billions of solar systems have just been wiped out by the mass relay explosions. The Citadel is a huge Mass Relay. What chance do you think the fleet has right next to the citadel? The shock waves travel massive distances. (and before you say it's just light - if it were just light you wouldnt see the shockwave unless a huge amount of matter was also jettisoned in the explosions) The Normandy (in the run away scene) has its enghines blown off. This would result in a massive hull breach. Also a massive release of energy from the resulting explosion. On re-entry (if it by pure fluke survived) into an atmosphere the normandy would 'burn up'. There would be nothing of the normandy left. They would be toast.
Unless of course it's all a dream
