OK, so I bought this game, it's as great as it was supposed to be, and bug free too. At least until I got to the part where to take an elevator down to the Secure Labs on Noveria. I got on the elevator, it went down.... and got off on the same floor I started out on. I've tried loading a previous save and trying again, restarting the game, etc. Can anyone tell me how to fix this, or at least how to noclip over to the Secure Labs?

Not sure which elevator you mean. I don't recall taking an elevator to meet Benezia. Going from memory there's two elevators on the same level as the tramway car thing, one of which goes to where all the survivors are hiding and the other goes down to where there's the lone Russian guy and the neutron purge device to kill all the rachni. I've only ever gone to Benezia via the maintenance area having talked to the volus and the doctor to get access, but I think you can also get there by killing the Captain and his men and then going back up to the tramway waiting room and taking the door at the back, which is where you come out if you went met Benezia via the maintenance tunnels. If I'm misremembering something I apologise.
