For a cut scene, I want to replace Arl Eamon with Anora. Swapping heads works just fine, but of course, Anora looks a bit strange on Eamon's body. I have attempt to alter Eamon's utc file by changing him to a "female" and although, I have the female appearance I want in the toolset, I cannot get it to work in the game. I have exported the UTC file and put it in the documents/override folder but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Are there other files I need to change? Much obliged for any direction you can give me.

If this is for a cutscene in Single Player, you can find and open the cutscene itself, and replace the actors (that is if you want Eamon to speak Anora's lines and vice versa). Then export the cutscene .

Thanks!!!!!!! That worked. I also found I could make changes to the appropriate utc file.
