I redeemed my codes and downloaded all of the content. The problem now is that it is stuck in the Downloaded Content tab and not installing into the game itself, thus moving to the Installed Content tab.

Has anyone else had this issue and is there a solution to remedy it?

I'm seeing the same thing, not sure what's going on...

My Dragon Armor installed but the Shale is just sitting in downloading at 100%. I guess it's installing? But it can't take 20 mins to install.. can it?

Ok I restarted the game a few times and Golem is now extracting and installing.

Have you restarted your game? I remember something about a message in the game saying that to install it you have to restart and then two buttons "restart" and "keep playing".

I've restarted several times, created a character, played into the game for a few minutes, and restarted just to see if that would spur it to install. Still no luck

Ok - I found a solution!!



Go to the Main Screen - log out of your account and then restart the game. Log back into the game and it should make it install/extract.

my content doesn't even show up in-game

doesnt work, i tried logging out then exiting then logging back in, content just sits there at downloaded

I have tried logging out/closing/restarting/logging back in, and Stone Prisoner won't install (yes, I had successfully entered my code for it).



I also do not see Warden's Keep available for purchase/download anywhere in the game menu system.



Using PC Collector's Edition physical copy.

I have steam and i installed the game fine. what you have to do to get your Bonsus. is take the keys steam gives u go to the bioware site, and register the keys to you account. then start the game and log in. that should give u all the bonus items. the only problem now is what above people have said about the install bug. where it freezes and wont actually install. ive been starting and stopping and loggin out and in and same problem. wonder if bioware will fix this soon.

I'm having this issue with all my DLC. Under the 'Available' tab there is nothing, everything is 100% under 'Downloading', and there is nothing under 'Installed'

I bought the deluxe version off of steam and I don't see any added content anywhere. Where is it suppose to be?

How exactly am I supposed to get the Blood Dragon Armor on the PS3 version exactly? I followed the instructions on the card and see no where in the PS3 menu where I can log on to my EA/Bioware account and it's not showing up on my DLC menu at all.
