Whenever I quit the game, the process stays loaded.  Origin will tell me the game is still running if I try to exit.

Whenever I want to replay, I have to reboot the computer, nothing else will work.  I have tried some software to kill the process as it won't work in the task manager, but to no avail, it always stays there.


Operating System:     Windows 7 64 bit
CPU:     AMD Phenom X4 955 3.20ghz
RAM:     8 GB RAM DDR3
Video
Card:     AMD Radeon HD 5870
Audio:     Creative SB X-fi
Hard Drive: 495 GB free space (main drive 2TB Western Digital SATA 3)

AMD Drivers 12.4
All Windows 7 updates installed.

Firewall & Antivirus: ESET Smart Security 5.0.95

I have tried disabling the AV & Firewall, but it doesn't change my problem. I haven't tried yet uninstalling completely (I would like to avoid that, but if there's no other suggestions, I'll do it.)



EDIT:
Dragon Age 2 v.1.04 installed.  Never hard problem before, only recently when I wanted to replay a full game.

Problem solved. Seemed to be an issue with the firewall.

Glad for you.  It was outside of any experience anyone who'd visited here while I've been on hand had ever mentioned (else I'd forgotten seeing it before).

Afraid I'm dealing with the same problem, although with DA: Origins. Can you elaborate on what you did to solve the problem? All the rebooting is getting really annoying....
