1. Tuchanka- just amazing writing, choices feel like they mattered
2. Suicide mission- entire game building up to one mission, every character (sept joker) can die or be saved.
3. Overlord - Just had low expectations and it really caught me offguard
4. Shadowbroker DLC - Follows up on one of the more interesting pieces of lore within the ME universe with a pretty cool story and conclusion

2. Rannoch: Epic scenes and fantastic conclusion. Finally got Tali her planet back and made peace. Only reason it is not #1 is the arc is a little biased if you haven't played the previous games.
3. Thessia: Kai-Leng battle aside, seeing the deceit of the Asari, and the fall of a planet was quite a sight to behold. Thessia was also very beautiful.
4. Grissom Academy: I absolutely loved Jack's character development in this section, even if all the turrets made me want to rip my hair out.

2. Tuchanka. Holy mother of Threshmaws, batman
3. Aside from Kai Leng, this mission was awesome. Shepard failing was good, but Kai Leng is just bad
4. Grissom Station. Seriously, this mission was awesome. Every single part of it

Grissom Academy - Jack is frickin awesome with her students, and the atrium place is one of my favourite fights, that sh*t is well challenging
FAV MOMENT - "Hey, Joker! Fu..."
Cronos Station - great development with the VS, plus getting to stick it to Kai-Leng big time is always enjoyable
FAV MOMENT - Watching Kai-Leng die
Tuchanka - two of the greatest scenes in the entire trilogy - Kalros vs Destroyer and Mordins swan song - also a great insight into what the Krogan used to be like
FAV MOMENT - Kalros vs Destroyer is unbelievably awesome
Priority: Earth - I know it isn't a popular one, but up until the beam I thought it was a really great mission, especially with the squadmate goodbyes and build-up
FAV MOMENT - Farewell Kaidan
Honorable mentions - Sanctuary(that creepy banshee behind the glass that looks like it's waving at you, Miranda
When you sit and think about it, ME3 has a ridiculous amount of amazing parts.

2. Mars: beautiful, haunting setting. Despite being the planet closest to ours, it felt the most alien in the game. Probably because it was based on our actual knowledge of Mars' geography.
3. Sur'Kesh: fast-paced, also great dialogue, gorgeous architecture.
4. Geth Dreadnought: there's something awe-inspiring about that ship, annoying as the shield-consuming pulse might be.
Honorable mentions: Thessia (best dialogue ever, Javik vs. Liara), Eden Prime, Ardat-Yakshi monastery (that thing, if it existed, would undoubtedly be the eighth wonder of the world).
Priority: Earth could have been the most epic of all, had the war assets played a more explicit and visible role. It was great and the most action-packed by far, but it didn't make use of its potential.
Least favorite: Horizon, N7 Fuel Reactor, Grunt's (I tried to like it, but it was somewhat repetitive).

Tuchanka. To semi-quote Wrex, "Tuchanka's got one hell of a guard dog and her name is Kalros"
Feet arrival cinematic of retaking earth. Rest of the mission was ok but my sci-fi geek boner gets a bit hard when i see space ships shooting at each other.

2. Priority: Tuchanka- Awesome wrex dialogue, intense combat toward the end, new (possible) hope for krogan.
3. Priority: Earth (sue me)- memorable goodbyes, lots of combat
4. Priority: Citadel II- interesting fight (Thane vs Leng), desperate situation, Superb combat, VS interaction

i think for me the least exciting mission was menae, the palaven moon, i liked it ok and there were some good visuals, but.....thessia was waaaay too short, the only thing i liked about horizon was Miranda, at least her daddy/sister drama concluded.....oh the citadel coup was good and had scale but i still miss the truly open world gte feel of me 1 citadel.....me 3 citadel felt like it was all on one side of one part of the station

Rannoch: A close second and a perfect example of what the whole game should have been for all the same reasons as Tuchanka. Also the second time I ever cried over a video game.
Grissom Academy: The only part of the game to give me a real challenge in combat. It was awesome to see Jack too.
Cronos station: Its just fun to stab that JRPG wannabe but over all it is much weaker then my top 3.

2) Citadel: Improved Power Grid - Go in search of a power supply upgrade for a club on the Citadel during the middle of a war that threatens to extinguish all life in the galaxy in order to...uh...I don't know, improve morale for soldiers on shore leave?
3) Kite's Nest: Pillars of Strength - Go find a Batarian religious artifact so that a priest can preach to the seven Batarian refugees on the Citadel in hopes of inspiring them to fight back against the Reapers who already destroyed what was left of their society, enslaved most of its survivors, and turned them into monsters who are used as shock troops on the front lines.
4) Dekuuna: Elcor Extraction - Shepard gets a plea from one of two Elcors in all of Mass Effect 3 to save his planet from a Reaper attack, there is no explanation in the journal as to where Dekuuna is, nor is its system listed in the Codex entry about the Elcor. Also, Dekuuna is in the Silean Nebula which was accesible early in the game, but Dekuuna was locked out for...reasons. If you actually do find it, you're not rewarded with an awesome mission where you load Elcor survivors onto a shuttle while fighting off Reaper forces, you just fire a probe at the planet. Problem solved, the Elcor are safe.

2. Rannoch Arch. Didn't quite reflect as many choices as I'd have liked - I.E: Telling the Quarians to have peace as opposed to fighting, Admiral Xen, ect. - but still a good effort overall that was well done. Same +s as Tuchanka Arch, though I didn't enjoy it as much.
3. Menae. Nothing was really wrong with it, and looking up at the Reapers gave an awesome sense of scale. However, at the same time there was nothing Really Special about it. It was just another mission, but with epic scale.
4. Mars. Again, nothing really wrong with it [Except the Eva chase, which was just bleh IMO], and it had some interesting points. Minus points for introducing the magic bullet aka: Crucible. Other than that, nothing special about it, overall meh, but nothing I really objected a lot to either.
WORST missions in the game [Excluding Fetch Quests and Multiplayer]:
4th worst: Priority: Citadel. Had some interesting gameplay moments, but Kai Leng was a ****** in it, and the rest of the mission was one big resounding meh.Cerberus miraculously finding enough men and money to launch a full scale attack on the Citadel after Retribution also rubbed me the wrong way.
3rd worst: Thessia. Kai Leng boss fight was utter crap and BS. You barely travelled anywhere, and barely saw anything other than rubble and the inside of one temple. After that Shepard's forced reaction to his loss was just annoying. This is an RPG goddamnit - or should be. I should be able to say how my Shepard reacts, not have him moping about. Shepard would've cracked jokes worse than Joker's one if I had my way, but no. He had to care.
2nd Worst: Rachni Mission. Atmosphere was well done, but it retconed a major choice, and that means it does not get off lightly. In addition, all those exploding things on the ground were just annoying. They added nothing to the game, and served only to slow you down a little. I could understand if they were there in a drawn out firefight against shock troopers that tried to fight you at melee range or flank you - then there'd be the challenge of fighting the enemies whilst avoiding the exploding things. However, when there's a section you can't get past without destroying 20 or so exploding things, and not a single enemy is in sight - that's just filler to slow you down.
#1 worst mission: In case you couldn't guess it, Priority: Earth. Everything after the Harbinger point would have put it here, but even excluding that it is one of the blandest missions I've ever played. For the fight which should have been culmination of all my choices, I get to see the exact same war assets fighting [Minus a 2 second show of the DA, or the Geth/Quarians before the fight] in space, with only a number deciding whether they do well or fail miserably. Hammer is always limited to 50% getting through, and not a lot really feels different there if you did well or did ****. You get a hologram chat with most people, and a 30 second talk with the remainders to say your goodbyes - get your closure - BEFORE the fight. After that the mission is extremely meh. You walk through grey rubble shooting and greyish reaper forces beside grey Mako tanks backdropped by a grey sky and grey buildings. The fighting's nothing interesting. Its probably the easiest in the game, considering you've become a quite powerful by now, whereas it should be some of the hardest. Not a single war asset is shown to be fighting beside you. The horde mode that substituted the boss fight may have been tense had it held any challenge at all, instead half the enemies were dead the second they entered my 'arena', and the other half lasted maybe 5 seconds. The Harbinger run was interesting, until you got hit and everything went to **** - I'm not even going to go into that. The Citadel section was boring and bland, especially compared to the ME1 Citadel section in its end. The lack of Suicide Mission Mechanics was quite disappointing. The TIM argument was extremely bland and non-satisfactory, largely due to it being a blatant copy paste of Saren from ME1 with very little different in it. The talk with Anderson was the high point for the entire mission, and then everything that came afterwords qualifies for the award of "Worst moment in Mass Effect".
There you go. My top and Bottom 4 missions. I think I just reviewed half the game O.o
