First of all: I can't login here (
https://help.ea.com/ ) from russian EA (Origin) account. It is temporarily unavailable... All my attempts to login is temporarily unavailable for more than a month.
Then I logged in electronicarts.ru and I press the Support link in my profile... Mostly it's throws me on Login page again and again I got "temporarily unavailable" error. But some times it's ok, and I can choose a game and problem that I have. I have never encountered problems with EA games before Mass Effect 3 Commendation Pack. And I choosed ME3 - Items - Not recieved. To my surprise, the only communication available to me was Email only. (For more than month...) I was checking everyday or days when it's was possibly to log in (I wrote about "temporarily unavailable" error). Since nothing else is available, I decided to write an email on both languages (Ru and En).
I wrote shortly and specifically: Dear EA Support, I did not recieved
Commendation Pack with N7 weapon for Operation Raptor (In russian first and in english).
Under Email option it was written response time (about 24hours). Month has passed... The answer came: Please specify the problem.
My reaction was simple, I deleted this email with big eyes on me.
I sat and wondered what to do now... I log in on electronicarts.ru , change my country from Russia to United States, also change language to US, cleaned my browser history and log in on support page without problems, than I choosed Live Chat, waited 10min for advisor, told him my problem (above), he checked some info and solved my problem in next 2 minutes. That's the story with happy ending!
I wrote this thread just in order to help to increase the quality of EA-Russia support. Main EA office should know about our problems. Thank you for reading this. Good luck!
