Dear Bioware. EA and Origin.

Reading through the forum, it is clear that the customers has been frustrated by customer support and lack of official response make the issue more complicated. 

For that reason, I appreciate if we could have a official statement by you and prefably a live chat to see how can all, work to gether to achive a better result.
