I'm talking about the ones getting 100k scores while everyone else is around 40k. I hate playing with these players because you feel like you're just getting in the way when you try to help them.

JUst get on your mic and start a tirade about "****g lag."

There are no bad players only laggy games

I could care less if I'm at the top or bottom of the scoreboard.

What I need is the money and exp.

It's a team effort, silly. If you win everybody gets same amount of credits. It's u lose, u all lose. Why is this so hard for people to see?

THIS IS NOT COD!!

You hate it when people are playing better than you and the rest of your team?

Because if the score difference is *that* high then it's just that.

I question your judgement.

Then don't get in their way. No matter how good your teammates are they cannot be everywhere at once. When they go one way, you go the other way. There are enough enemies to kill for everyone.

I couldn't care less about score all that matters is how fast can you finish a match, nothing boosts exp/credit gain as much as finishing time.

You mean the rambos that don't die?

Only possible without lag.

I test my latency by trying to kick people in the lobby, if it takes a noticiable amount of time to register my kick vote, then that means I can't Rambo :(

No, all that matters is enjoying the game.

I'd much rather play on a team with good synergy and balanced ability than play with one person dominating. It's the reason I ignore the Gi and Si classes for the most part, they're too easy to do that with.

it used to be, that when we encountered people that were better than something than us - we would see it as a challenge and go get better.

Now it seems the appropriate thing to do is moan and groan about it in a forum. Sad times.

I don't mind it. A couple of the regulars I play with do that. They'll get 140k+, even close in on 200k sometimes, while the rest of us get from 40-70k.

Haha its so amusing how ppl here try to justify their lack of skill and therefore accuse good players for lasthitting, or not helping the team... Since launch day i have not seen 1 guy thatll outscore me just by killing mooks... I myself have never gotten an amasing score without a good ammount of medals and especially revive medals... For the record it is extremely rare for me not to get the top score in gold matches, and im always the first one to get to objectives, to revive someone(if he died in a safe place ofcourse, if hes surrounded by a mob of angry reapers, hes staying down xD), im always the one who watches our flanks and if i go lone wolf i always run back to the rest of the team if i see that they have problems dealing with something...

That and good spacial awareness is how you get good scores, which dont really matter as the DAMN EXP IS SHARED and everyone gets more exp....

I'm gonna use this... or I should say, there will now be a purpose other than fun for me doing this.

I mainly play on bronze but with a few of the classes I’m kind of good at or is a bit overpowered I tend to do more of a support role until about wave 5 or when the bosses start showing up.

When I get into a group with a bunch of newer players (N7 rank below 200) as well I tend to really just sit back and let them get as many kills as they can get. I’ll tail the gung ho types and provide fire support for them as well as do revives to anyone who needs it. Once the boss types start showing up I get more active of course.

In other groups I check the scores between waves to make sure I’m not taking all the points, not that it happens that often.

Personally I don’t mind these score hogs, as ling as I get a few points in the match I’m ok. We all get the same credits for the completed match and that’s all that really maters for me.

As a person who routinely scores 100k with infiltrators and enigineers, allow me to say that help is always appreciated.  You're not getting in the way if you are killing stuff, and absorbing some of the fire.

And this again!!

You clearly haven't put in the time needed to compete with players like this and considering many others have put in the time........it will be a common occurrence for you. Sit back, enjoy the show and help out as much as you can, it's all evens out in the end....literally.

The players that get 100k+ points are the ones that just sit back and watch the rest of the team damage the ****** out of an enemy then they will shoot the almost dead enemy for an easy kill .....

In that case the assist will get more points than the kill.

How are you not complaining opening a thread titled "I hate it when there's a ridiculously good player ? "

How old are you?

I'm pretty consistently in the #1 or 2 spot (for what its worth) so I know I can pull my weight and then some.

If I do see my name on the bottom; SWEET.

These guys are good and we're gonna win.

This is a pretty consistant thing that trolls and immature children try to do. It's called reversing the blame.

It goes like this.

> Say/do something stupid.
> People start explaining why what was said/done was stupid.
> The original person says something like, "Wow, you guys are dumb because you couldn't tell I was joking/not serious"
> Now the "stupid ball" is presumably in the other people's court and the immature child feels like they got away with being stupid

I consistently play with great players (the type that partake in the "speed run" Gold videos you see online) and it's a joy to play with them. They rack +100k simply by being very good and definitely not by kill stealing. They are team players, reviving and handling objectives as needed, all the while having fun on the mic. When playing Gold in particular, I welcome them with open arms: thanks to their skill, my equipment/consumables won't be wasted, I'll get the full credits and finish faster. So I fail to see the problem...
