1. ) Back to playing my favorite strategy games like Heart of Iron III for ultimate world conquest as fantasy nation.

2. ) Regularly check Skyrim's mods for latest animation file - since I'm lazy to animate myself with creation kit. Mod my custom campaign and companions. Study some tutorials on Creation Kit.

3. ) Create storyboard for my Dragon Age:Genesis mod.

4. ) Create 3D art for some galleries like Deviantart's or DAZ's gallery

5. ) Participate in paranormal and mystery discussion.

6. ) Listening to my GF's nagging for spending too much time on the internet.

Trying to figure out how I can take a Game Design/Creative Writing for Entertainment course -- whichever one would increase the chances of me being hired on as a Writer for a game company.

Alas, the place I live in is a dead zone for jobs. No jobs in the area = no money. No money = no way to go to college.

No college education = no shot in hell that I'll become a writer.

But.... I'm a sad panda. I'd happily accept an internship though.

EDIT: Also, games. Lots of games. And lots of meager yardwork for various residents in the town I live in -- which while it'll pay, it won't pay a lot.

Not waiting for Dragon Age 3

Played Skyrim (180+ hours). One of the best games around. 5 stars.
Re-played the Witcher 2 after the Enhanced Edition release (2 full playthroughs). 4 stars.
Now I'm Playing Diablo. Addicting combat system, but as a RPG it's pure crap. 2 stars.

I'll surely buy all the Skyrim DLCs and The Witcher 3 whan it comes out. Don't know If I'll buy DA3 though... It depends on what Bioware will be able to do with it.

I keep trying all the games being released. Then I realise they aren't Dragon Age and so end up back here where I wait for more news on Dragon Age.

Secret World looks fun, might see if that sustains me for a bit.

Since I've played DA2 a dozen times, DAO about half that with an established save that I import, Diablo 3 two times with two different classes, WoW is in a lul between expansions, I'm catching up on my reading.

Going to read all of the Ice and Fire novels again before I read the latest Dance with Dragons, out in paperback in August. I'm also going to reread The Hobbit and LotR before December when The Hobbit Part 1 releases. (It's been suggested to me that these might be unrealistic goals...)

And haunting these forums for some nuggets of information, now looking forward to the SDCC in July for the next hope of DA info.

2) Then Oblivion and Skyrim
3) Then, given my general engagement in a game, it should be 2 years from now and about time for DA3 to come out...

.. yes, it's sad but I can't let go of a game once I get engulfed by it.

Gardening. Finally ripped out those dead old hedges along the front of the house & replaced them with new ones, got some new hostas and rosemary planted along the curve in the driveway, got some lettuce and bok choy growing at full speed, sprayed the fungus on the rose leaves, pulled the weeds from the garden in the circle in the driveway, and cut away some deadwood from the dogwood in the front garden.

Which reminds me: I would like to play as a gardener in DA3. Bioware, please make this happen. Armor (especially gloves) can be restricted to leather, and weapons can be restricted to rose pruners, but both must be tough enough to handle blackberry vines & salmonberry canes.

[Edit:  it is apparently impossible for me anymore to type "the" and have it come out as anything but "teh".]

Now that I've finished DA2 six times, I have put it aside and am playing Star Wars: The Old Republic. I expect this to keep me busy for a while. (Especially now they're adding Cathar. Kitty bounty hunter, here I come!)

Haha that would be the 'Rogue Gardener" dual-wielding rose pruners; the two-handed fighter version of that would be either a 'Lancer Gardener' wielding this:




or the 'Two-hand Shearer' with this

Funny that you mention it -- I have both tools (big property with lots of trees that I need to limb up each year).  I was just in the garage, retrieving the piñata pole for my daughter's birthday, when I noticed the pole saw (the thing in the first picture) leaning up against the corner and thought to myself what a cool Dragon Age weapon that would make.

But I'm further taking this thread off-topic, so I humbly apologize and hastily offer the on-topic remark that I am spending the time waiting for DA3 by also waiting for Baldur's Gate Expanded Edition....

Besides the usual everyday stuff, and trying to finish up the novel I'm writing sooner rather than later... I'm playing a lot of BioWare games at the same time. I've got a ME3 playthrough close to the end, another Shepard awaiting replay through the trilogy, a Warden going through Awakening before being imported to DA2 (plus two others still in Origins), and I'm in the middle of my first KOTOR playthrough. Also, waiting for the next DA feedback blog.

Starcraft 2

Officially bored with ME3 and it's MP. Started up a brand new playthrough in DA:O trying to be evil but I think I just ended up being Chaotic Neutral. Will play this new character in Awakening. Then I will play DAII again with new character import and try to actually side with the Templars for once.

Somewhere in all that Dawngaurd will be released for 360 and then I'll be playing Skyrim again for a while.

And then I will continue to ghost these forums too in hopes of any sliver of information about DAIII we might get.
