Something like the Genesis DLC?
Whatever Bioware sees fit - as long as other platforms get it too.
But I'm more concerned about the graphics.
If there are any improved textures or shaders that the Wii U version gets that the PC won't, that's unfair and stupid.

Thats useless. The Wii U will fail as the Wii did. It will likely come to an end as a childs console just as the Wii. Nintendos time is over.
BW should better invest those tech/develpoing capacities into other projects or the EC.

Also, not seeing the huge deal with not porting previous versions. PS3 owners didn't get ME1. Bioware may very well include a genesis type backstory for it.

It seems pointless to release ME3 for Wii U if there won't be a ME1 and 2 as well. Its the same reason why the PC and 360 versions are the best (since both platforms have the entire trilogy available).

So with the PS2, we had people starting in the middle of a trilogy. And now, we're going to have Wii U players starting with ME3?
Hell, not to say that ME3 can't be enjoyed for other elements, but when your main selling point is "narrative" and "choices with consequences", it seems utterly insane that anyone would begin with the third installment of a trilogy.

Yes, but it's an 8th generation console with 7th generation capabilities. Expect to maybe see a slight framerate boost and nothing more.

I disagree. Before I jumped to ps3 I already had played mass effect 1. The genesis comic covered most of the choices that actually mattered at all, so....

Didn't BioWare/EA make fun of the Wii-U last E3? And now they're porting one of their flagship games to it? Man they're really trying to milk every last drop out of Mass Effect.

Exactly the same here. I Played Mass Effect 1 and 2 on the 360. I then shifted to the PS3 when ME2 was released on it. The comic book pretty much carried over all the real decisions. Never regretted the platform switch (mostly, at least).MegaSovereign wrote...
