Just when I thought I'd seen everything, this is nothing more or less than a sell out. BioWare, you all completely and 100% disappoint me. This is nothing more than a money grab at this point. The Mass Effect franchise has gone from being story driven, to being a cash cow. Don't like it, well that's the truth. This is not about bringing the "experience" other players, it is about money, nothing more or less.

What about the story? What about the core players? You already sold out to Sony, now you have to sell out to Nintendo too? That means more free DLC for them. It is truly yet another sad day for Mass Effect, with this being number two on the list. The first being you all selling out to Sony. Mass Effect should have stayed with Microsoft Game Studios and should have stayed an Xbox Exclusive franchise because Xbox is better anyway.

Whoa whoa chill out their xbox fanboy some of us are really happy that we were able to get mass effect 2 and 3 for the ps3 personally I don't care which console is better or not but that is crossing the line some

And yet I am entitled to my opinion. If you don't like it, then that is your perogative. I do not what to drag this off topic by doing this, yet I felt that I had to express myself in full otherwise I would not get my point across. If you want to talk about why I think Xbox is better than PS3, then message me, don't do it here. Unlike others, I can be mature about this.

I smell a ban coming soon lol

I haven't broken any rules so a ban at this point is unwarranted and unjustified. I expressed my opinion and that is all.

I'm an Xbox guy but really dude your making us look bad. Also yeah maybe me should have stayed an Xbox exclusive but bioware saw potential and money going to ps3 and now wii u.

Let's not forget PC. The first game had a very solid port on PC thanks to the people at Demiurge. BioWare did a sloppy job porting ME2 and ME3 to PC but those were mainly some issues about not upgrading the game to PC spec, something Demiurge did with the inclusion of EAX and improved inventory management and menu navigation.

Actually trying to state that xbox is better then ps3 is draging off topic about how how wii u is getting a import you're not staying true to topic and you're insulting another fanbase I suggest you stop

hmm Is ME2 going to be ported to the WI U as well I wonder..The main thing that attracted me to the seris was the story line..PS3 players missed out on ME1 but got the comic to help out a bit..so I guess there going to get a big comic from dark horse?

Well hopefully the wii u will get me2 as well so they won't only have the final piece but can get two parts out of the triliogy like we did a huge comic like that would be sad that they didn't get me2

It seems pointless to release ME3 for Wii U if there won't be a ME1 and 2 as well. Its the same reason why the PC and 360 versions are the best (since both platforms have the entire trilogy available).

I disagree. Before I jumped to ps3 I already had played mass effect 1. The genesis comic covered most of the choices that actually mattered at all, so....

You have a point, but you did play ME1 on the 360 already. What if you had never played ME1 at all and only had the PS3? I don't think the comic would even come close to the experience of actually playing ME1.

True we don't get to fully experience everything that happend in me1 but the genesis comic does cover a good portion of it but

Yeah hopeing that the nintendo base at least gets me2 as well

You could easily play ME3 and understand the plot without playing the two games before. I dislike that fact, but there it is.

Yeah, 2 comics for the previous 2 seems like a bit of stretch for ME3 Wii U, they need to have other mass effect games. If they did some kind of Mass Effect Trilogy Bundle for Wii U that would be perfect. I also wonder how the Wii U Gamepad will work with the game, I'm thinking maybe you can use the combat wheel on the Gamepad screen.

Sounds good and interesting I'm sure wiifi will allow them to play multiplayer and cause wii u is finally completely next gen they should be able to play on the ea servers

Good news but how will Wii U owners get up to speed on what happened in the previous two games?

With the current endings they don't really matter. Do they?

At least more people get to play Mass Effect.

The questions I'm seeing and that I have are
  • Will there be some sort of interactive comic, like what PS3 owners got with ME2?
  • How will the GamePad be integrated into the game? Will the Power/Weapon wheels be mapped to the GamePad?
  • Will DLC that's been released for PC/360/PS3, including the Extended Cut, be available to Wii U players?
  • Is there a reason for this other than EA just wanting even more money?

So don't allow the wii fans to play mass effect 2 which was really great and awesome because the ending to me3 may have not been that great that kinda isn't cool why denie them the option to experience the good in the series

They're not getting Mass Effect 2 atm. If they were, that would certainly have been advertised.

It's possible that they could port it later, but why bother? From a business perspective it makes little sense. BioWare's next console game will be coming out by then.

Because ea and bioware would still be able to make more money by giving wii u fans mass effect 2 and they'd be able to experience more of the series

They'd have to put money into porting an old game to a new system. Probably not happening.
