Whenever I open Origin and play Mass Effect 3, nothing happened.

Did it work before, have you tried re-installing ME3, have you re-applied the patch?

First of all, thanks for the time and for the care.

Yes, Mass Effect 3 was working well since my date of purchase. I have done the steps you have recommended before I signed up in this community site.

Also, the problem exists when I play Mass Effect 3 the second time.

I did have an initial issue of Origin being messed up on the initial install of ME3, had to re-install Origin, give that a try.
