I just had a sad, sad Live-Chat session with EA support.
I contacted them because I did not get my commendation pack after Op Shieldwall, though I know for a fact I met the requirements (promoted 3 chars).
Since it usually takes 3-4 days for the packs to "arrive", so I wasn't too worried till Friday afternoon (then I had to work the weekend and monday) but when still nothing as of monday, I figured I contact EA support. I was hoping they can manually add the missing pack.
After waiting for over an hour just to get connect with someone, I was simply told that the event is over now and they immediately closed the chat before I could even reply..
Certainly made me feel like a valued customer.
If I got surveyed on this particular session, I would most def give it a 'very unsatisfactory' rating.
How dissapointing..

When it comes to tech support both EA and Bioware need lessons
When I made a ticket for the 400k in lost credits to the store bug the first pretty much just blew me off and stopped replying to my emails. the 2nd ticket I made they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could do anything about it because they was so swamped with tech support questions.
