I installed Mass Effect 3 once and it worked! After I formatted my PC, the game just wont start, I also changed from an Nvidia to an ATI graphics card before I formatted my PC. I tried everything, I tried updating, repairing install, downloaded newest version of Origin and still nothing worked!!! Could someone please help me here!!!

You might wanna give us a bit more information like your system setup (windows version, gfx card, etc)

(I suggest you at least reinstall your gfx card)

I have -Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
-ATI Radeon HD 4890 GFX Card (My previous one was Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT)
-Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
-4 GB Ram

Verify that your hardware is installed correctly, download the latest drivers for your video card, and then untinstall and re-install ME3. If that doesn't work, repost here for further.

I have downloaded and installed the latest DirectX. Now when I start the game, the screen turns black and then closes again!

I have also reinstalled my game, but it still has the issue. After I installed the game, it automatically updated and after that it gave me an error saying that it was unable to download the downloadable content for this game. This time when i start up the game it still doesn't start, Origin says it's running but I don't see anything and I also see the game running in the task manager, but nothing appears on-screen.

Ok I have investigated the game and found something to work. The game was running in 1360x768 resolution, I changed it to 1024x7something and it finally worked!
