Anyone know of a good site for detailed builds (hopefully with reasoning)?

I've found a couple but they don't usually give details like which feats, spells, incantations, abilities, weapons, skills, etc... to pick.
Most seem to be just a list of class levels with no explanation why that is a good choice.

Most of them I can't ask questions because there hasn't been a new posting since like 2009.

I looked at thieves guild, game banshee, and something else that I don't remember the name.
