Having completed Morrigan's personal quest may or or not be needed for this to work. I got this after I had done it.
Alright, to do this you need to get them both to like you enough so that one will initiate the "choose" talk. Say to whomever you are speaking to that you chose the bard. You may not need this too, but you should try to get Morrigan to "friendly". Then head down to the dwarven city and buy golden mirror from the lyrium addled merchant inside Orzammar.
Present the mirror to Morrigan and choose "a beautiful gift for a beautiful woman" response. The others wont work. Her disposition turns to "Love", and apparently the game already considers the romance conflict over, since you've been through it already, so both ladies remain at "love" and you may talk to them freely. Also, both of them get mentioned as your interests in the ending.
