Hey everyone. I'm playing through the game for the third time and I can't seem to figure out how to manipulate my character. For example, as a warrior I seem to be stuck with a greatsword. In DA Origins I preferred to use a two weapon approach with a longsword in one hand and dagger in the other but there doesn't seem to be any way to make that happen in DA2. Am I missing something? How about an archer?? Thanks in advance.
Warrior builds??

A warrior can wield either a 2H-weapon or sword and shield. Dual-wield and bow are only for rogues.

Dont limit your skill base to 2h weapon skills or sword and shield weapon builds.
If you go with a straight vanguard build backed up with battlemaster for stam with the passives from your spec trees you can use any weapon you find and still lay serious hurt on your targets. After a point you should pick up the baser abilities from each tree. Shield bash and pummel with Assault and its upgrade for sword and shield, then sunder and mighty blow and its upgrades from 2h.
