How about this? Change the spec so that it explodes when you do a biotic combo or when you put out a new Singularity field. This gives the power an insane amount of tactical use. You could also add an electric affect when a "biotic primed" foe walks into it. So, if a foe is warped and walks into the Singularity a small chain lighting goes off.
It would make it one of the better powers in the game. I love the ex cerberus adept so this would be awesome for me.
p.s how awesome would it be if the Justicar had Lash instead of Pull?
