 Please help! Whenever I aim, I cannot fire until I release the right mouse button, and so cannot snipe unless behind cover, in which case I have not time to aim. Is there someting I am doing wrong, or some upgrade I need, or is this just a bug?

Have you adjusted your keybindings? Try resetting them to default. Could it be a problem with the mouse itself?
