Firing While Aiming

Please help! Whenever I aim, I cannot fire until I release the right mouse button, and so cannot snipe unless behind cover, in which case I have not time to aim. Is there someting I am doing wrong, or some upgrade I need, or is this just a bug?

Just guessing but maybe it could be to do with the mouse. Is it a proper mouse and not a trackpad or similar? Any unusual mouse settings?

hhmm Wow. LoL I have never heard of something like this before. I've played it on PC before and that was never a problem. Maybe it's a bug. I'll see if I can find a solution.
