So my X360 fried on me, so instead of buying a new xbox, I bought the entire ME series for PC along with all the DLC for ME 1&2 after recieving this email from EA.

So I download all of ME3 for the PC, get it installed and try and claim the Commendation packs they promised to find that they are all expired. So I contact EA through their live chat and get in an hour conversation how they can't give me the commendation packs after they already told me I could have them, and that Bioware is my only hope. I asked them how I could contact Bioware and not EA and he said, "post it on the forum." So please Bioware, please, help me out. All I am asking for is what EA said I could have. Your assistance in this would be most appreciated
P.S. Yes, that really is the name of the EA Customer Service rep, I didn't change that..
Bioware, you're my only hope....

Yes, they said only Bioware can help me, and after I have spent over $400 on all the games and extra points for spector packs, ea is still saying they can't help me, only Bioware
