Enter your codes, you will get an error but it will in fact still work. I waited about 10 minutes after entering my codes and then restarted the game, everything showed up in my download list. Just be patient guys.

Well before i saw this post i called ea and they are telling me not to enter my codes untill the site is fixed. The said it might or might not be unlocking the content and that they have no way of knowing if it is untill they get it fixed

I preordered my version of Dragon Age off of a site that said that I would get two rings as additional DLC. However, I never got a code or anything to use to download them. Help!

Did you check your e-mail or Private Messages on their site (if the site you're speaking of has a feature like that). It might help if you told us what site you pre-ordered from. Generally though, they will send your codes to you via e-mail shortly after purchase.

Well, I bought it from the EA store. I preordered it in time to get two in-game rings as DLC, but I never got a code or anything from it. I don't know if they have a private message system set up. Lemme check.
