Currently atm i'm at lothering and was wondering if there is any place where I could sell ro buy items because I'm luggin too much stuff with me and I'm looking to upgrade. Thanks ;D

Right across from the Chantry board is a guy arguing with a woman. Solve the dispute and you should be able to buy and sell stuff with him.
