No Comm Pack? what gives bioware/ I promoted 3 characters during op stone wall and still no comm pack.

Happened to a bunch of people. Ea won't do anything about it. You're SOL.

Actually if you use the chat support they can help you. Lots of people have posted that contacting support has worked for them to get their packs. If you haven't tried that, I highly recommend you do so.

Here's my suspicion, if you didn't do it in a lobby it didn't count. I'm guessing you, like me, promoted the three characters as soon as you got to multiplayer, you didn't do it between matches and that is what I bet is wrong.
