Yup.... looks like PSN is down !!!

After not able to sign in from like last 3 hrs. I did a little net search and found out that a lot of people are getting the same error massage (m so disappointed Sony). I had the whole day free and I thought i would experiment and find some amazing builds for the DLC character playing silver and that way helping out allied and personal goals for other people who were unlucky and haven't got any dlc characters.

I've also been playing since yesterday at 6:30 in silver and in about 23-30 games only 5 or 6 had the retieval mission.
And definitely the difficulty in slver has increased; most of the time there's 2 banshees together to deal with, the same goes for the atlas, the brutes and the phantoms.
And they're respawning very quckly too.
Tip: if you have enough cobras you can, with a lucky shot, dispatch the banshees and the atlas, those are the easiest to take down because they move slowly and you have time to aim, not so with the banshees

i think euro 2012 is going to be my excuse for not completeting a lot of gold/silver missions this weekend, as well for a lot of other peeps

silver has become impossible for me lately, before wednesday i think it was, i was able to get to extraction, now i just cant do it, i guess i'll have to go back to bronze or just stop playing, this respawning of heavy armored enemies is ridiculous

I have been at it non stop ive done over 60 retrievals with my team and some randoms, Ive also done alot of commendation pack runs with peeps who don't have the new characters, I am hoping to do alot more before it finishes, let's hope we get it.

Just do Cerberus on Firebase Jade and stick around the LZ on Silver.
Atlases almost always spawn at the far end opposite of there, giving you a clear firing range.

I did the silver run with a new character on Condor. The Phantoms kept the Silver match entertaining.

i do not think you have completed the challange with four rebellion pack players in one game. as i understand it you need to have only one rebellion pack player.. it does not say atleast one rebellion player

the mission brief states

The last operation was unfortunately worded too, where the "squad goal"  actually meant "personal goal", and "character" actually meant "class".  =P

you both should be able to Get it  you will know when they Release them on Tuesday  but Like 2 week ends or was it 3  well it was one of the previous  ones that we completed "won" not lost mind you  but that week end befre the one we lost on we didn't get it till Wed  cause of chris or some one on the ME3 team didn't Release the  packs till  Wed cause of them being out hopefully this one isn't like it where it was postponed till following day or week  but back to you guys or guy/gal or galls idk which loll... but you should have it as long as you had any of the rebellion characters in your squad and "extracted" fully with one or more  players as long as its an extraction not  "every one down"  cause it wouldn't count if you all wer downed  at the time it ended

I think i just beat the squad goal,although it seems just to easy to be true. hopefully i'll get a cerberus harrier or a N7 valient.I'm sick of getting a goddamn wraith and N7 crusader.It's ironic because i hate shotguns!(except for the geth plasma shotgun,it kicks ass!)

I think you're taking it too literal. Why make things more complicated by making it only one, and if you have more, then you're disqualified? If everyone on the team wants to play Vorchas, you're suggesting that they have to come to an agreement where only one person plays a new character.

I don't know about on Xbox and PC, but on PS3 hardly anyone uses mics in random groups (at least on silver and bronze; I haven't tried gold yet). So if you're not able to communicate with each other, that makes negotiating who's playing the new character even more painstaking.

It sounds ridiculous to me. And honestly, from a promotional standpoint, they want you to play the new characters and be excited about them, so why discourage that by limiting it to only one person per group?

I understand that it isn't exactly clarified, but it just doesn't make sense to have the requirement be one and only one. If you're still worried about it though, join up with some friends and set up who's going to be the new character.
