I'd like to know, after completing a challenge weekend, when are we supposed to recieve our commendation packs? and when is the latest date we can contact support if we do not received them?

Operation Mastiff begins at 6pm PST Friday June 8 and ends at 4am PST Monday June 11
Packs will be distributed Tuesday Evening if the mission is successful.

Over the weekend got quite a few Silver extractions in with my X Cebereus Phoenix Adept, all the Teams i was in worked well together, nice to see

Matches were more random than usual, some whith heavy swarms of enemy's plus four or more Boss's at once, others far less, difficulty was up & down as well, Silver's felt like Gold Matches, other times back to being Silver's, not complaining, it was great, kept me on my Toes, love randomness lol,

Hoped i helped a bit, was unable to compete on Sunday Afternoon as my Mouse died, gutted! Have ordered a new one now, be around Wednesday when it arrives, be back on the Lash then lol

Just to add, i found the Retrieval mission's a bit on the sparse side as well, think we managed to get about 3 or 4 in over the Friday & Saturday, done alot more on normal days

I think is too soon to know but I'm sure everyone who took part in the operation did his/her best to achieve the goals.

I played since friday night and I must say that the silver challenge was a nightmare :happy: but it changed a little saturday and sunday, and the retrieval missions became more frecuent.

I played with a lot of people form all over the world (based on their mames) but I want to express my gratitude to this people who are excelent team players: Sungaj, Evg0074, Remeddy, CRXDriver and Mytec (there were others but those are the ones I memember the most).

yeah i did my best as well and  to the one that saying that you love these kind of question i was asking if we made the 100k not  " when do we get are packs " that seems to plague every event with people not reading the entire post

i know its on tuesday but normally if we do it they would tell us on monday thru the boards or twitter if you remember the first time they did it we  over killed the very first event and chris was not happy and  said if you only failed it wouldnt have to count all these  numbers up.

 i did about 125 games on silver and 50 on gold and  it was really disturbing that some games  never had a retrival mission at  all, hell i had one game where we made thru the entire game and the shuttle count down wasnt even showing on anyone screen  so we had to  guess when to  run to the extraction on gold you can imagine the surpize when we was not seeing the 1:min count down

but we did make  it out with 2 vorcha so we got the com pack and  praying that we did enough to get the victory packs
wait  i played with you, i think unless it was another person on silver that has you game tag on xbox

I had a lot of retrieval missions, usually at least one per game... but I could not get a single character from the rebellion packs even though I bought LOTS of the more expensive spectre packs. In fact the pool of rares I was getting was limited to about the same 7-12 cards. Usually weapons and sometimes the Asari Justicar. Then today shortly after the operation ended, I got two in a row. My best friend had the same experience. I saw on another forum that many people had the same experience. Many people are wondering if EA/Bioware turned off the rebellion cards for some/all pc players over the weekend...

So what is the latest date we can contact support if we don't receive it Tuesday, I didn't get my commendation pack for Shieldwall, and more than likely I won't get it this time either, with Shieldwall it never appeared in my store so I contacted EA support over the weekend and they said tough it has expired.

I know I achieved the personal objective for mastiff, cos I played as a quarian male and extracted on silver at 8pm GMT yesterday, along with about half a dozen other games where squadmates played rebellion characters and extracted,my feedback is set to on, but for 2 operations now (not including mastiff) I haven't received the commendation packs and EA support are about as useful as an underwater hairdryer.

@alcatan, try 650-628-4322. explain what happened. If they don't help with the prior pack they will at least help with any current isssue you have.

yeah, i noticed that too. one guy fired a missle and killed one atlas and two phantoms during one.
and today while facing geth on firebase condor there were four geth primes on the stage at once, and pyros were in no short supply (still managed to pull a full extract out of it).

This week end was fun, a bit harder than usual(having to deal with those atlas was some times a pain in the a**), Great to test our strength and team play, but experienced more bug than usually(stucked people, rocket going trough atlas without hitting them or troopers stucked outside of the map, don't know why(when i say more it doesn't mean on every map, but more often than usual...). Otherwise, thanks for this challenge, hope we made up for the community goal, can't wait for the next one!

This was fun, a nice chance to use all the new characters. But The retreivals were sparce. I did about 10 silvers on Friday, and only got 1 of them. Sunday I did about 5 silvers, and 9 bronzes, got 3 more. So I did a total of 4 retreivals. I feel like I barely hepled.

I was also gonna ask if they did something to the packs, but I was gonna ask because I've been getting much better stuff than usual. This weekend I unlocked the Krogan Vangaurd, Vorcha Sentinel, Cerberus Adept, Cerberus Vanguard and the Male Quarian Engineer. Weapon-wise I did better as well, I got the Javlin, the Scorpion, the full-auto mattock (can't remember it's name), the Indra, the Reeger Carbine, the new explosive sniper rifle and 2 levels on my Widow.

I was hoping for that one, heard it's the best rifle to have, although the Saber is pretty good for an eight clip, hoping to get that leveled up or pickup something else that will astonish me.

i cleared it with my male quarian engineer... and then me and a couple friends spammed bronze to do 10+ recoveries

I thankfully got in a silver match with two Vorcha guys last night. Unfortunately, they apparently felt that the only decent weapon to use with Vorcha is the flamethrower. So we all got sodomized by Phantoms in waves 9 and 10. We managed a (barely, by the skin of our teeth) full extraction against the geth in the next match, but the flamer spamming (and the utter failure of the flamer spamming) just made me shake my head in saddness.
