I don't believe that is the case for the recovery missions.  The original post does not specify the allied goal required silver or better.  As long as he did his squad goal on silver, he should be fine.

Well I can't play multiplayer with other people because of my weak internet, so I wasn't able to beat the personal goal this week cuz my Vorcha sentinel gets flooded on the second wave. But I did try to do as many retrieval missions as I could. Let's hope it helps.

when you get a chance Check your Ethernet cord "not your phone cord that hooks into the wall" the one that goes from your modem to your computer  if that has any Exposed wireing wether it is  in the piece that snaps in either  computer or  Modem then your problem is that cord not the internet check that out as soon as you can

Please nickname that person Fumbles.

I would take a Harrier I over a Krysae I with any class besides infiltrators any day of the week.  The Krysae is actually only OP for sniper infiltrator builds.  However, the Harrier wrecks with any class.  Considering there is no other ultra rare assault rifle, the choice was pretty obvious.

the allied goal did not specify difficulty... only the squad, which i did a couple times on silver

Ashely williams Kaiden Alenko and Liara Tsoni  are only Romanceable in 2-3 if  Romanced in  the first game  if not then you can't do it at all its the same Said For Kelly chambers Garrus Vakarian   Jacob Jack Miranda  Samara Supposedly  and Tali idk if i missed one in Me2 romanceable characters  for Me3 you have dianna Allers  Traynor   James and Cortez

Correct...amazes me how many people were asking this question and how many people were saying it had to be on silver or gold for the Allied Goal...

From the mission parameters on the main page...

Allied Goal: Complete 100K  retrieval missions.
Personal Goal: Extraction on Silver difficulty with one squad member of the Rebellion Pack classes: Vorcha, Phoenix Project Defectors, or Quarian Male.
Special Circumstance: None.

Two separate goals.  Allied - any mission with retrievals (note that it did not say had to have any extraction).  Personal = any silver with new classes (note that it did not say there had to be a retrieval in this silver mission)

So yes I got my vorcha solider in a full extract silver and then bronzed the heck out of the retrieval mission.

Agreed...my standard load out with my Soldier is Harrier III with damage barrel and extra clip and Widow X with the smoke sight and damage barrel until I get a Black Widow.  I use the Warfighter Package II on him for the extra grenade and the 10% damage bonus to assault rifles.  Then I add ammo and weapon mods as needed.  The Widow can pretty much one shot anything below brute level.  Even got it one shotting pyros and hunters if I hit them right.  The Harrier is a beast in close combat.

^ Personally the harrier sucks unless you have probably at least v5. It can't even kill a cerberus trooper with AR damage barrel 5 in a single clip with mostly headshots at level 1.

it took me a while to get it i didn't get my black widow till i was like 1200 something in my n7 rating  but Good Luck to you and as for the Valiant you more than likely will get it if we get the  Community  goal  tomorrow  i'm sure that we did get it since i spent the past 3 days Staying up just to get it LOL   >_< but my load it with black widow is the paladin II   tho my black widow is only lvl 2  Harrier i use the palladin  as well with a  AP mod and extra clip

I might have to try the Paladin II. I only have it to level 2 tho. I usually the Carnifex X as my hand canon and with that I use the scope and damage barrel. Handgun sniping FTW!

to me its better then the Carnifex much more Stronger Especially if you put it on your infiltrator  epic ass kicking LOL

I got about 9 retrieves in 4 games on Saturday that I payed attention to. Succeeded all of them too. I don't remember how many more I got but if people had the "luck" I did then the goal shoeld have been reached easily.

I found a Scorpian pistol and am loving it.  Definitely my favorite new toy in multiplayer.  There's just something special about watching the grenades explode after I've shot them into the nasties.

not Yet im playing currently and watching it  i'll check again and post on your Wall in about an hour or so if we did get them but i don't think we will get them yet because its only   1:43 am here in america and their like  4 hours ahead of me so its like almost 6 am for them

Packs are released Tuesday Evening.

Since most of their announcements are based on the Pacific time zone (Western coast of Canada/US etc) that's likely the evening they mean.

Last ones I have gotten have been on Tuesday after 8PM EST (my time) which would be 5PM PST (their time). Might be sooner tho but it is always Tuesday evening.
