when i open my Victory pack i see a message.. "something has gone wrong.. ecc ecc... " i have lost the victory pack? and when a can have the the commendation pack?

Not sure if it's because I maxed level 20 or the Cerberus Vanguard was hidden in one of my Specter packs, but he's not a bad character to use, looking forward to see what I got in my victory and commendation packs.

Yeah I played at least 20-30 games over the weekend, certainly enough to buy two premium Specter packs, a basic, and the booster basic.

How does the Commendation pack works? I got the Victory but nothing about the Commendation. I'm quite sure I should have it.

Got my victory pack, but no com pack did two silver just to be on the safe side so hoping it shows soon

At-least in my vic pack got a new char and a n7 weapon

Hopefully promoting my vorcha soilder after the two missions didn't screw things up

I would like to see new maps for multiplayer for earth,omega and the citadel! And weapons packs for the single player campaign. Heck even dlc for single player for citadel and omega, I mean what happened to the refugees on the citadel.

Ah, much relieved to see I'm not the only one who hasn't got his Commendation Pack. I've never had problems acquiring my earned Packs, so for a minute there I thought I'd be joining The Club. Thankfully not :-)

I received the victory pack but no commendation pack. I beat silver twice with a male Quarian during the weekend. The live chat option is disabled in the EA contact us section. What can I do to obtain my commendation pack?

Last time I lost a commendation pack because I waited...so don't suggest that I do. : /

 The commendation packs always take a while to hand out. The victory packs just need to be given out to everyone. On the other hand, the com packs need to be handed out to the people that did the individual goal. So they are handed out a little slower.

I did get the Victory Pack (N7 eagle and Male Quarian Engineer). But no Commendation Pack yet.
